You'd think that for $20 they would actually clean the four items you brought in but you'd be wrong! When I picked it up the shirt was covered in lint and wrinkled. It's pretty clear that they just tossed it on the machine that presses it and called it a day. They tried to blame it on the swater i had launeed with it. Call me crazy but perhaps youd shold have seperates it? I doubt the whole shirt would have been covered in lint just from having a sweater in the same bag. They refused to give me a refund. You lost a customer for life, Zorro One Hour Dry Cleaning.

I was in a rush. They had my clothes dry cleaned and ready for the next day. I approve.

Dropped off one suit and six of my husband's shirts. Not going to lie, the shirts were filthy and I was actually worried they couldn't be saved". Zorro cleaned them so well they look almost brand new! The two ladies working there were super friendly as well. I'll definitely be coming back. The prices are pretty good too."

Put my $500 dollar coat on to go out today. The sleeves are 4 inches shorter than they were. Coat was also damp. So this dry cleaners has destroyed my expensive coat.

I brought in 2 sweaters that i had washed in the washing machine and left vein like" lines all over the both of them. The nice lady said she couldn't promise that she could fix it

Took my Medium sized pea coat jacket there to be dry cleaned. I forgot about it for a few months but when I went back, I was handed a regular XL jacket. I disputed it but the person working argued it was my jacket, I told them to look at the size of myself but they argued it was my jacket. I will never go back.

Great se4vice, fantastic customer service and they always will tell you truth fully if they can remove a stain or not.

Very nicely run dry cleaners. my dad has been taking his clothes here for years. now that he is older I am taking his clothes for him. they work with me with picking it up. They actually opened the store for me to pick my dads clothing up.

I started bringing my dry cleaning to Zorro on August 8th, 2015. I only remember the exact day because it was my buddy’s wedding and my previous dry cleaner had screwed up my shirt for the wedding. I brought my shirt to Zorro first thing when they opened and within an hour they had fixed the shirt and had it looking like brand new. Ever since that experience, I regularly take my clothes to Zorro. Between February 2018 and January 2020, I hadn’t taken anything to them because I had no need to and when I went back after almost two years being away, the owner, upon seeing me, welcomed me by name. It was the most impressive thing I had ever seen that she remembered my name and who I was. Zorro is no longer near my home or work but I will continue to go out of my way to bring my clothes to them. They always do a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price.
