During Dr. Woo’s first zoom session of June 2020, Dr. woo diagnosed me remotely on “hearsay” basis and in less than 10 minutes with “Mid Dementia “. Dr. woo during this session and 14 months afterwards (to Aug 27, 2021) never showed any concerns regarding my driving abilities, nor he wrote to the Ministry of public Safety, BC in this regard for their actions.Dr. Woo never followed up until Aug 27, 2021, by his second zoom session. The medications Dr. Woo claims to have instructed my GP (Dr. J. Baxter) was not provided to me until Feb 01, 2021, that is 7 months after Dr. Woo’ diagnosis (Remedy RX Cowrie Pharmacy supplied me on Feb. 01, 2021, with Risperidone 0.5mg (RX 1088472). That is 7 months upon Dr. Woo zoom session of June 2020 .RoadSafetyBC have made no attempts, whatsoever, to verify the accuracy of Dr. Woo’s report rushing into hasty action to follow the report’s dishonest and contradictory statements. At no point did Dr. Woo’s report of Aug 27, 2021, questioned my mental abilities as stated in other than Dr. Woo’s accusation of me being impulsive, rather. Regarding my mental abilities Dr. Woo in his report agreed with the MoCA results submitted to Ministry of Public Safety, BD-RoadSafety by DR. Ceri Strating letter dated Oct 15, 202.Why DR. Woo waited for 14 months (Jun 2020- Aug 27, 2021) to report my driving unfitness to the Ministry of Public Safety, BC ?Dr. Woo never saw me or examined me physically (June 2020 to to-date). He tried to see me on Oct and Nov 2021, but I declined due to his dishonesty and unprofessionalism.Dr. Woo never included in his report the reasons why I was not cooperating with him, and why I did terminate the Zoom Session of Aug 27, 2021. My cooperation with Dr. Woo went to the point of Dr. Woo’s accusation of me as “Shop-Lifting” and “Peeing in Public Spaces” which were never mentioned in Dr. Woo’s report of Aug 27, 2021, altogether. It is only fair the content of the two zoom sessions recordings be requested and analyzed by RoadSafetyBC prior to rushing into any actions.
