Crystal Fong was my occupational therapist, who helped me navigate through a physically disabling chronic pain condition. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and well-organized. Crystal was immediately able to point out and follow through on several essential ergonomic adjustments. Most importantly, she is understanding, warm and personable. When making recommendations, she remained respectful of my physical limitations caused by chronic pain. She was also very easy to communicate with, responsive and proactive. I strongly recommend Crystal as an OT!

Crystal Fong has been the best support I have ever received. Suffering for so many years due to chronic pain and the way it dissolved my life and relationships was unbearable. Meeting Crystal 3 years ago was what saved me. There isn't enough room here to explain it all but in short: her professionalism, knowledge, kindness and understanding, her proactive and multifaceted approach, her support and encouragement, has all saved me. She is the first professional who continues to really 'see' me. And I thought OT's mostly focused on ur environment. Crystal focused on my whole life, all of me, which has been the main catalyst to a better existence for me. I can't recommend her enough. What a blessing she has been.

Crystal is a kind and understanding soul. She try to understand my pain and my painful situation right from the beginning. She understood what I was going through and she tried very hard to help me cope and deal with the situation. I am involved with she is wise and understanding beyond her years. She is just a wonderful person that understands her job very well, and does it Exceptionally well.

I am so appreciate Crystal has been my OT almost 2 years, she helped me a lot I never had before. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and patiently. She is very nice. Very polite i was very nervous she make me feel comfortable. 3to 4 times less money she change. Never seen such a nice lady like her . God bless her
