I was just at this agency. I'd been having an extremely bad morning. I was short- tempered because of a family issue, and the fact that I had to call in to register from my car, and unable to get through.Paula was so extremely kind, and I was invited into her office to wait. She so kindly listened to me. Exceptional service during covid.

I got my date to do my mammogram wrong; yet Paula the receptionist; was AMAZING KIND & UNDERSTANDING; and NANCY the mammogram technician WAS JOYFUL; HAPPY TO HELP & TO GET ME IN.I AM SO GRATEFUL TO THEM; to live in the world we live today; there're people who trully care for other. THANK YOU !!
