They were quick to get back to me and the window film installation went smoothly. But I noticed several lines of bubbles on my windows that weren't going away, so I contacted the person in charge to rectify the problem. Suddenly it got very hard to get hold of them and it took weeks just to get someone to come take a look. After telling me that an installer will come back to fix the bubbles, I waited over a month again, only to be suddenly told that it's due to scratches on my window (that I don't see and have never been informed about during installation), and it's not their fault. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
