My fiancé and I are in the process of purchasing our first home with Pratt and Jess has been such a pleasure to work with. She’s extremely professional and insightful and so helpful when it comes to the nerve wracking design decisions of customizing our new home! My husband and I bought our first Condo with Pratt and they been just amazing. Specially Ramzi been so helpful since day one with the process of working on our mortgage anything I needed he would go out if his way just to help us. Even after closing and moving there were some things that needed to be serviced and I did reach out to him and yet he still went out of his ways to help. Thank you Ramzi for being so kind and always responding to my emails and calls with all the help we truly appreciate it.

Great experience with Pratt from the beginning with Ramzi at the initial sales meeting to joint discussions with Cynthia (VP) to calm first time buyer questions. Then through colour (design) selections with Jess, a big thank you for your patience and guidance. Having bought for first time in decades, on spec, absolutely delighted with our new condo. PDI, acceptance and initial 30 day list response had been great. Service team (Jenn, Andy and Sean) are awesome with timely, friendly and professional fixes and recommendations. Came into this first time experience with some trepidation given other friends learnings with other vendors. No doubts here, we found a winner and would not hesitate to recommend. Pratt handles the process with a personal touch that is not common these days.
