Worst customer service one can expect. One of the baristas , was so rude and yelled at me just because I inquired if the drink was mine. Sad to see these employees doing the very opposite of what Starbucks is trying promote. Give them some soft training so that they’ll know how to behave with customers. I’m def Not going to this place or recommending it to anyone again.

Such terrible customer service, I came unprepared and failed the sturbacks cup size test (apparently tall is the new small) ,the barista immediately lost respect for me) So I'm taking my money back to Tim Hortons.

Are you kidding, never been treated so bad at a Starbucks. I asked for a little less caramel and was given the worst attitude and dirty looks ever, wanted to refuse and walk away and I should have because after all the disrespect I ended up with drink I had to throw away, never using this location ever and will be letting everyone know

Drinks are good, but the staff doesn't really seem like they want to be there. I've been to other Starbucks, and the baristas seem to always be happy and smiling. This location is close to where I work, but I'd rather go out of my way to go to the friendlier stores

I had an awful experience with one of the baristas. I am well aware of the new rules coming in about the “no water, no/light ice” coming into effect in May. But this barista was incredibly rude when I asked for a drink with no water. Her attitude was not necessary. And I walked away without ordering, because of her poor attitude. I understand we all have bad days, but… this was just awful. I’ve only been here once prior to this incident, and after this incident, I’m not sure I want to go back. In a job where customer service is an importance, it really needs to be worked on by this lady. She then decided to start whispering to her co-worker about me. Which, is not okay. You’re in customer service, please be professional.

Ordered two drinks that I've previously had at the other Starbucks just a couple minutes away. The drinks I recieved were so terrible. I'm upset I can't even get my money back. The service was fine, just the drinks were poorly made and for the most part, undrinkable.

OMG! It was worst customer service one can expect. One of the baristas gave me an ugly package. When I asked him to change it, he threw it at me. I’m definitely Not going to this place or recommending it to anyone again.

Worst Starbucks ever. No acknowledgement of me waiting when there was literally no line. Been here before and it is the same each time. Rude, service is just lacking. Never going to this location ever again and it is walking distance from my house...
