They requested a viewing of my house in London, which we couldn't accommodate b/c the time they were looking for was right around dinner. We have two young children, two dogs and have it specifically stated that we need a day's notice to prepare for showings. They came to my door anyways at 5:30pm, after our realtor had said no twice during their correspondence.The agent, Saurav, went on to try and tell me they had a viewing booked, which they most certainly did not and then tried to talk his way into my home despite it clearly being a bad time.Sent them a detailed email outlining the entire situation along with screenshots of the text. All I got back was a weak apology followed by their maintaining Saurav as being an experienced agent. Well, in my opinion, someone with any real experience would pay more attention to instruction and respect when people can and cannot accommodate viewings.
