So pleased with the service I received from the amazing staff at Gold Reflections. I took a ring in to have it sized on a Thursday at the end of the day and it was sized perfectly and ready for pickup the following Monday. Very nice people at this family owned and operated jewelry store and would highly recommend them!

Marilyn & Karen were fabulous to me. I had a very bad experience from a jeweller in Oshawa Centre & they took the broken bracelet & made a beautiful necklace & ear rings out of it. I will now be able to were them with no worry of them breaking. I will only deal with them for further work I need done. Go girls

After a great experience having a ring reshanked, I took two earrings to Gold Reflections with the hopes of turning them into a pendant. Both pieces (especially the one on the right) held sentimental value. After discussing with one of the ladies, she came up with a design. I couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out! I wear it daily and receive lots of compliments on it. Pricing was very reasonable, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have old jewelry that needs a refresh, don't hesitate to bring it to Gold Reflections. They are the only jewelry store I will go to.

One of four prongs on my wife's ring was broken, was told on the phone that it was a$15 fix. I brought the ring down, after examination with magnifying glass was told to replace all 4 prongs for$70, I took their advice and reluctantly agreed. I left the ring and 3 days later was told that now it's $170, very unprofessional.

Last week Gold Reflections went above and beyond my expectations!! After over 8 years of excellent timekeeping my favourite Eco Drive Citizen watch required delicate and complicated repairs. I was looking for a place locally within Eastern Durham Region, Ontario to make a custom 22kt gold pendant for my wife to celebrate her first Mother’s Day. I gave them a design that I had made and they made it into reality. Their jeweller worked a miracle to have it ready in time, which was a tight two weeks, and it turned out better than I originally imagined. Amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I took a very expensive bracelet to another jeweller to have the clasp replaced. They had my bracelet for 6 weeks and I was getting very concerned that something had happened to it. It finally came back and the very first day I wore it, I noticed it was gone. It is insured but panic still set in. To my relief, that night, I found it on the floor of my closet after a long day of worry. The clasp was bent and would not close again. I searched the internet and came across Gold Relections in Newcastle. I took my bracelet there. In a matter of days, it was back and fixed at a very reasonable cost to me. The safety clasp was also very loose and Karen adusted it for me on the spot. We are new to this area and I will certainly take all of my fine jewellery business to Gold Reflections from now on. Very pleased.

Excellent service as always! I have been going to Gold Reflections for many years. Trustworthy and always on time. Friendly staff too. They fixed my husband's wedding ring and it looks absolutely beautiful.

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. I brought a very very unbelievably tarnished sentimental ring that had fallen into a sink p-trap for an estimated 5 years to determine if it was salvageable. Not only did they restore it to like new condition but it was given back to my wife who was stunned and speechless. A ring that had been with her since she was 5 years old was lost due to kids carelessness was restored to her for another generation.The ladies here deserve all the praise and recognition. Thank you.
