The showroom is enormous and spotless. Salespeople are polite and competent. The furniture was really neatly packed and came in fantastic shape, and the delivery date was observed. Will undoubtedly return.

I was so grateful for the super customer service from Diana a few weeks ago. It was a busy Tuesday night and it looked like she was training a few new people at the same time. She made sure everyone was answered and knew her stuff.I’m just disappointed with the quality of the Dario sideboard I bought. It is a very basic sideboard/buffet but I don’t think it is supposed to be so tricky to put together. The grey springs do not line up correctly with the door placement. It seems impossible to get the doors on evenly. I love this brand, but I’m not impressed with this one product.

Drawing on my table that looks like genital and the furniture is chipped. First time buying from Structube and my last time! The only thing they can do is me driving back and forth 2hr drive to get a replacement. Unreal!

No service and no product quality, I brought this bed, one and a half year ago, the headboard all the screw are so cheap, they are broke easily . I contact to store and service client no help and so rude( don’t try to understand the situation) juste because it’s been more than one year, I told them I’m ready to pay the service and they didn’t wanted to help me. I will never recommend this store to anyone, soo horrible product and cheap stuff.

I bought a couch in December the 30th to b exact ... four months later the couch dropped to $700 cheaper ! So I emailed them didn’t get a response right away and then decided to call the store ! Customer service not very good! They cld care less , after 14 days , too bad if prices change! I’m a regular at this store I put a deposit on some items cause they r out of stock ! Well I’m cancelling and never purchasing anything from structube ! Not even willing to accommodate their customers !

Worst customer service ever. 1200$ bed broke after 16 months of use due to a flaw in the design. Structube customer service can't bother helping you or providing any kind of spare part service. They also do not post bad reviews about their items on their website. Do not trust their website, and go check TrustPilot for actual feedback.

Structure has the worst customer service ever. Stay away from this company. I am truly disappointed by their product and customer service. Save your money and buy furniture from somewhere else where customers experiences are valued.

The photos are of a slightly used leather sofa (less than 5 months - home) away from sunlight. From this you can figure it out the quality of their products. When I contacted them about the issue their response is negative and very standard, if you are not satisfied you have until 7 days to return the item and the warranty does not cover it (actually the warranty covers almost nothing written in very small font)I would suggest anyone to do not buy there, some of their competitors offer warranties up to 10 years in some of their products (I have verified it) Their service is good until you pay later is only delays, excuses and negative replies to your claims.As per Structube reply I contacted them, and guess what? Same answer. It is not cover by the warranty (see below). It is really evident that the quality is very poor.This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains.

Worst costumer service ever! I have bought a sofa from this specific store last November and up until now I have not received it. They keep on promising me dates and still I haven’t received it.When I went to the store to complain they gave me a delivery date of March 5, 2023. I have not received it on that date so I called them again, they told me that I should be receiving it by the 24th and still didn’t get it by then. I decided to email them about it and they called me the next morning to let me know that the item is already in stock and will be on it’s way by the 27/28. Every delivery, you should be getting a call a day before for the time of the delivery and I have not gotten it up to this date. I decided to call them and told them about my frustration. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and told me to wait one more week cause they still haven’t gotten it to the store then hanged up on me.WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
