Kamloops Vapor Lounge
Very annoyed with vapour lounge. I came in a few weeks ago because my vape device wasn’t working anymore and I bought a new one and they told me if I kept the box and the device I could return if there was any issues in 25 days… I brought it back under that time because shock this one stopped working as well. I have scratches on the vape and they refused to let me refund or exchange or anything because of that. I said that I bought it two weeks ago with my receipt and they wouldn’t do anything. They are also one of the most expensive places to buy juice as I go to another one up the hill and get for 5$ cheaper a bottle. I am never going back here for anything, not juice or a pod or a device as you’ll just get garbage. Very annoyed as I spent 60$ on this thing to break two weeks later and not get a new one. Thanks so much guys :(!

I can’t begin to describe how amazing the staff are here!!! I’d give 100 stars with how amazing the customer service is. From getting to know your first name to treating you like a family member!!Oh it’s also the cheapest in town and you get points huge plus!!Highly recommend!!!

The absolute best vape shop in town, it's not even close.This place is absolutely bursting with care. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuine. You feel welcome when you enter. The atmosphere is pristine and pleasing to the eye. The selection and variety is second to none. The absolute best pricing in town.I could go on forever but this place is perfect in every way!I would leave 6 stars if I could.

Best vape shop in town. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they don't have that employee" that you don't want to deal with. Always listen to my questions and give impeccable advice. The first rig I bought had some issues and the warranty with them was seamless

When I first entered KVL, I was surprised how nice everything was played out, almost like a old cigar shop.I went in looking for a specific set up for my vaping needs. The staff took the time to explain how everything works, and how to build my own rda. I've been to every vape store in kamloops and Kamloops Vaper Lounge by far has the best selection juices, some of which I've never heard of. It's a great local business that supports other local businesses. They have a wall dedicated to art from local artists which you can purchase. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, most importantly they were knowledgeable about their craft. I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Best Vape shop in town by a mile! Not a knock against others, I'm just really happy with the customer service I've received from every employee here!I find now when I go in here it feels like I'm chatting with old friends rather than Salespeople. I've considered upgrading a few times - recently did today, and I love the transparent approach and ability to answer every dumb question I've had as a newbie.Keep it up guys! Shoutout to Taylor, Sean, Quinn, and Kayla!
