BEST SERVICE EVER!! Flower Mania prepared a $150 flower arrangement for a funeral for me in less than 20min. No other florist could help us being so close to Valentines day AND on such short notice. Once the flowers were ready, she called me right away to let me know they were done. THANK YOU for the amazing and kind service.

HelloI Bought 90$ worth of red and white roses, after 3 days the entire bouquet of roses were dead. Yes, I followed the store requirements and process. Not impressed with the quality.On the flip side, the service was great and very accommodating. Not sure if this was a fluk but I’m still very disappointed.S.B

We ordered the Multi Coloured Bright floral bouquet for a sympathy situation for a close family member who lost their son tragically. What we received was some watery coloured blah arrangement. I was at the home when they were delivered and I was very disappointed. When I put in a complaint I was asked for the recipient's phone number. This was not really necessary because I told them I was staying at their house but I gave it anyway. The florist then actually CALLED the grieving mother to give a lame excuse about mixing up the order with another that was for a Pascal and this misread pastel.. ( how does that even connect for a separate order!!??) And that they would replace it by coming to pick up the incorrect one and giving the new one! Seriously inappropriate all around with calling the grieving mother with pointless excuses and exchange instead of just apologizing and bringing a new arrangement. And the quality of the flowers were not very good. Would never use this florist for any occasion!

I purchased $120 bouquet send to my grandmother for her birthday and the delivery person didn’t bother to knock at her door or call her upon delivery. THE BOUQUET WAS LEFT ON HER PORCH IN -5 DEGREE TEMPERATURE! Needless to say the bouquet was wilted when she realized it was there. The worst part of it all was when I called to let the shop know, the shop owner was SO RUDE! She offered to give me $20 refund… ridiculous!This is not good business practices!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

amazing experience with Flower Mania! Very quick response via the chat option when I reached out worried that my flowers weren't delivered. But it was me who was in a different time zone half way across the world and I messed up the delivery date. However, flower mania was super helpful and was open to adjust the delivery time to ensure delivery was on time when the person would still be home; I had a short delivery time window. so it was very appreciated. I am really grateful for their wonderful service. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and beautiful; loved the balloon too.

I went to this shop to purchase flowers for my grand-mother since my grand-father was hospitalized for Valentines day. I purchased my flowers with amazing service, they are beautiful and very reasonably prices, as i was leaving i noticed a small ceramic angel, i brought it to the cash and when asked if i was purchasing for my grand-mother as well i said yes and explained our family situation. The woman so kindly took the price tag off and told me to give it to my grand-mother without wanting payment. I left with tears in my eyes because of her kindness when times are difficult for small businesses. I recommend this place not only for the quality of their product but for the kindness they display. Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Phoned to get a bouquet that met the preferences of the receiver. She was very happy with the flower selection and arrangement. Great service!

I wanted to let you know that I absolutely loved the bouquet made for my daughter. It was lovely and exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated the extra touches like the coordinating cello, the ends that were covered in foam then nicely wrapped, and of course the bow! It looked so much nicer than the other bouquets in the pictures. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

The flowers were great, but I was not impressed at all with the printout that served as a card for flowers ordered online. A traditional card with the message handwritten would have been much better.
