OK Tire is the best in town, in my opinion. They're very kind, courteous & compassionate of your situation. I have had tires blow on me & no other tire shop in town could help as they didn't have my tires. Yet everytime I have gone to OK Tire they have helped the very same day. Amazing service, thank you so much!

I got a flat heading to Side Bay, three guys from CFB Comox helped get the spare on Kudos to them!!The following day I called various shops in Port Hardy, Port McNeil finally Campbell River. Mark was able to find one used R18 for my outlander. When i arrived, the team got to work right away.He also provide some knowledge regarding what tires I should be using on logging roads. Overall 10/10.Thank you Mark and the entire team.

I got there on a Friday at 4:30pm prepping for a camping trip with a slow leak on my trailer tire and another one on my vehicle and these guys got them both fixed in 13 minutes. They worked like a pit crew! Great work tire team, you earned a permanent customer today!!!

I am new to Campbell River and took my car in for it's six month oil change/service. When I went to pick my car up Jason let me know my car was fine due to low mileage since my last service. When I tried to pay him for his time he wouldn't take any....I have no doubt any other place would have charged me for even just looking at my car! Great customer service and will definitely be going back!!! Thank you!

$47 to replace a non sensor valve stem (that should have been replaced the first time they swapped the tires over), need I say more?**update**This will continue to be a ongoing issue, and for that reason I will never be coming back, and I warn others to even think about going.

Great family operation with excellent staff. They also know their customers. If you need work done or if they discover any mechanical 'surprises' during a routine service they always check in and confirm with customers different options and associated costs. Let's put it this way, our brand new truck will be serviced and maintained at Willow Point OK Tire.

Was in Campbell River for a fishing trip, my boat trailer needed immediate service in order to get home. Although the shop was fully booked, the owner himself looked after me and made sure the repair was completed the same day. This the the place to get service!

Brought my car in for an out of province inspection. They were able the book me in quickly and were all very friendly. They definitely went above and beyond to find a part for my car instead of just selling me the most expensive option. My bill was shockingly low!! Happy to have found a great shop for car repairs!

Do not waste your time and money on this company. My partner spent thousands on new tires, rims, sensors etc for his new truck. He had to wait forever, finally picked truck up to go on a 5hr drive. Whole vehicle shook the entire trip. We pulled over to discover no balance weights though he was charged. This is when we noticed the brand new rim was badly dented during installation! The sensors were not working, we weren't even sure if they installed them. He called in and was told of course we balanced them" how rude. After getting the truck back again the sensors were still not working. Will never buy here again. Shoddy workmanship

I bought a full set of tires and they arrived in a day, installed in as long as it took to get a coffee and stroll the beach. Very happy with my Blackhawk hh4s on a Nissan kicks. Another shop told me a week to have a flat repair done, ok tire had it done same day under an hour I was done. This is the place to get any tire work done in town.
