TLDR amazing customer service. Great staff who know what they're doing and can fix almost anything. Appearances can be decieving since it's a small outfit and their location is a bit hidden, but they are reliable and very competent. I came in with a complicated software problem and they had my laptop completely fixed <24hrs. Highly recommend. They also have great deals on refurbished hardware and peripherals/adapters. Got an Apple charger on sale at a better price than Amazon. This is the kind of local business worth supporting. Great stuff.

I wouldn't recommend printing from your USB at this store... I had to pay $9.20 for 6 copies (monochrome) which I thought ridiculous honestly.It was $5 for using the computer" to just open a file on USB

My computer wouldn't start, and I wasn't sure what the problem was. I took it to this place and got a fast diagnosis in like 5 hrs. The diagnosis was correct, I replaced my PSU now it runs. The price was fair and the service was fast and accurate.
