This guy is a complete hack.I wanted my screen replaced as well as my charger port.$140 for the screen$80 for a new charger portOnce I realized the port wasn’t changed by looking at it in better light.I went back to get my money back.The owner told me it was $80 to clean the charger port....You can clean a charger port with a tooth pick..I’m more then capable of clean it.I asked for it to be replaced.Once I accused him of being a scam hethen told me the charger port was $150.So he gave me $50 out of the $80 back....I have no idea how this guy is in business or how Landsdowne mall allows him to stay.Please don’t let that man rip you or you’re family members off.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I needed the front glass screen replaced on my Samsung S8, I know it's not an easy phone to work with so did some asking around and found that this would be about $100 less to get done here rather than anywhere else in town.I went in, paid the deposit, and they recorded all of my information in a note book with instructions to come back on Friday. I come back on Friday, the part is in and its going to be about 45 minutes for the work to be done. It's right on track with what I had been told previously, we go ahead with the work and I spend some time in the mall.When I pick up the phone we run a couple of tests to make sure that the phone is working properly. It seems great.The catch is, the back glass of the phone is now cracked. I was told when the screen replacement is done the phone bends and the back of it is likely to get damaged like mine did but since the phone still works I shouldn't worry about it. I disagree and express that it shouldn't have been broken at all and am told it would be another $65 to replace the back and I would have to wait about another 30 minutes.Not impressed, I shouldn't have been given back a device that now has different damage caused by the initial repair.

One of the best services I’ve ever had!! My phone was fixed in 15-30 minutes.. No issues everything is perfectly Working fine. Always recommend my friends and family to these guys. Honest and hardworking and know what they are doing. Highly recommendable.

Friendly and quick service, lowest price in town (that I could find from calling around to multiple stores), other stores were quoting $180+ for screen replacement on XS.I needed my XS front screen replaced asap as I cracked it and it wasn’t functioning. I walked by and Brij quoted me a price and was able to get it done within 1 hour. One month warranty on the replaced screen (hopefully it all goes well)My phone works, there are glitchy spots on the screen with the keyboard and swiping. I’m going to give it a week to see if that resolved on its own, otherwise I’ll bring it back in to see if they can fix that glitch.

I'd give zero stars I'd I could! So this guy put a defective battery in my phone and tried to sell it to me. Samsung help guided me though how to do a battery health check before I even came here and I knew how to do it so I could check this one. Same thing happened battery life weak. Needs serviced." I go back and show him. He says " oh. How did you do that?" I explain it's in the settings of my phone. He says " Oh. Well yeah I knew it was a defective battery but it was the only one we had." So this guy knowingly put in a defective battery in and still wanted me to pay. I got a refund but the battery moves in my phone now and it caused it to do a automatic restart because of how loose it is. It just slides around in my phone with a slight movement and being on my phone for not even a half hour and the battery is drained by 10-15%. Not impressed. I will never come back here again. Thanks for ruining my phone."

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. To give them an honest rating I would have to give them -5/5 stars. I pretty well had near $50 stolen from me over unlocking a cell phone, and still was not given an unlock code. The guy working then told both mall security and I that he did not have either of his managers' phone numbers. I was never given a receipt or anything for the transaction.Avoid at all costs. They charged me $5 less than my provider to unlock the phone, however, leaves me with absolutely no trust for small cell phone businesses such as this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked them to repair my iPhone 7 screen and the guy said it would be about 130$, okay no problem. After he repaired my phone the guy asked if I wanted a screen protector as well. He didn't indicate the price at all and just put it on. Charged me an extra 20$ for it?! It gets worse. I get home and that same evening I accidentally knocked my phone off of my bed onto a CARPET and the screen cracks!! The screen protector was just fine but my actual screen definitely was not. I take the phone back and the guy refuses to refund my money (170$!!) or fix it for free. He also was really snarky with me. I basically paid 170$ for an even worse screen then what I started with. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service.

To respond to the owner’s response, I did go there about a year ago, when that happened, and i didnt want to share my experience on google, but it happened to my friend again, they messed up her phone so i thought i would share my experience.Yes, it did happen. The employees Initials are V.R. And he messed up my LOCK buttonFor the battery, i was TOLD that it was brand new, however it had been sitting in the shelf for about 2 years (his estimation).The reason for you not having me in your records, well he said if i paid cash there would be no tax on top and i didnt get a receipt for it. That’s probably why you guys dont have a record of the transaction????And for the price, that was what he said. Now that you say it only costs $50, it proves my point that he didnt know what he was doing or saying.————————————————————They dont know what they are doing and have the worst customer service ever!!!!Went there to get my iphone 6 battery replaced. They gave me a “brand new” 2-year-old battery for $50. My phone was working just fine until they “fixed” it. They messed up my lock button, when i asked why it stopped working, they said that it wasnt working when i gave it to them. Hell no, im not crazy. I was told by the guy to not argue with him because he had been doing it for years and i would have to send my phone to toronto for the manager “to take a look” and it would cost me another $200 to fix it. I was so mad so i just said no and left. The battery started to die super quick after a month-ish, and it was swollen.Went to a another shop to get it fixed, the employee there told me that they gave me a super old battery, it couldve been sitting in their shop for 2 years, even tho i couldve been brand new, but it wouldnt work the same. And the guy didnt put the battery in properly that was why my lock button stopped working. Got everything fixed for $80, and my phone is now working just fine!!!DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!

Initially my experience was great. Guys were very nice. As I was leaving he asked if I wanted a receipt.. I asked if I needed one and he said no, if I had issues to come back. Well, this past weekend I went back. I dropped my phone ON CARPET and the bottom of the case broke off. He basically said that as soon as the case went on my phone, it wouldn't matter if I dropped it the same day... They have absolutely no warranty. He offered me $10 off a new case. Really displeased about the service. I will not ever shop there again and it's not like it was a cheap case. I have also contacted their supplier and am waiting on a response from them. If I could of given 0 stars.. I would have.
