CARSTAR Mississauga Hawkestone

I had a great experience at this place! I am from Windsor and I was in an accident in Mississauga. I needed to drive back to Windsor with my own car within one week’s time… My insurance company said that this CARSTAR is their preferred place to go so they made me an appointment there for the next day. I went in, met Steve, he explained how the process works and that these repairs usually take 3 weeks. I ended up leaving my car at the shop for them to fix it, my insurance company paid for a rental, and I was in a rental car within an hour of arriving at CARSTAR. One day before I had to go back to Windsor I received a phone call from Steve that my car is ready! Six days! They did an amazing job…new bumper, new tail light, paint job (see photos). All very well done. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I drove back home to Windsor in my own car, instead of taking the rental which would require me to drive 4 hours all the way back to Mississauga to exchange cars, huge huge pain in the neck. Couldn’t be happier with this service… I really recommend them and Steve at the front desk was super accommodating and communicated well

I cannot say enough positive things about this body shop. When someone hit my car, my insurance recommended this shop to me and booked an appointment for me with them. From the first time I met their staff, they were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, I knew my car would be in great hands. Between the first time I went there so they could photograph my car and do an estimate, when I went to drop my car off, and when I went to pick it up, I never needed to spend more than 15 minutes there, they were always ready and available. They thoroughly explained what they needed to do, and kept me updated throughout the repair process by phone, which I greatly appreciated. Picked up my car and they’ve also cleaned it thoroughly inside and out, and fixed all the damage done. They also coordinated with the car rental company so that the rental car was there when I went to drop off my car, and I just needed to hand them the rental keys when I went to pick it up. They also coordinated directly with my insurance so I never needed to think about the funds required for the repair. So so so glad I got my car repaired with them, wonderful and friendly customer service, and great staff.

By far the best shop I’ve ever been to. Sam made the process super easy and efficient and even ensured my repair was completed ahead of schedule. Thank you!!! The shop did an excellent job in the repair. My car looks brand new again. If you need a good shop this is the best place to go to. Excellent customer service !!!

They had to completely replace the axel and whole rear end of my car and they did an amazing job on every aspect. After the accident they helped handle everything with the insurance rental and return. All around great service! I am extremely happy with the result of all their hard work.

We took my SUV to Carstar on Hawkestone to have the passenger door replaced as well as having the bumper on my wife's SUV replaced. Sam and his team did an excellent job on both vehicles. Both jobs were done in the timeframe that Sam promised. The quality of the work and the customer service was exceptional. We were impressed with Sam's honesty and attention to detail.
