Saskatchewan Railway Museum
Amazing experience! Trains, locomotives, carriages and engines came in a various types and models. The entry ticket costs only $7 for adults, but it was so much worthwhile!Because of covid, several locations are currently closed. The streetcars are under maintenance until July. Hopefully one day I can visit the full museum with no restrictions!

Such a nice, quick getaway out of the city. Only one other family was there when we were. Our 2 year old absolutely loved it! Will be back for sure!

Saskatchewan Railway Museum
We showed up on a day that the railway museum was closed (due to an error in hours on google). But we showed up with 2 cars full of very excited kids and the owner was so kind and allowed us entry. The staff was so accomodating (and friendly about it) and opened all of the trains and buildings, and even gave us a train ride. They truly saved the parents a long drive home filled with the wrath of toddlers.We've been here before (during regular hours) and had a great experience then as well.They have a very cute new gift shop where we will definitely pick up some cute souvenirs.

This is a great place for a family to have some fun and to learn about the history of trains and rail travel in Saskatchewan. All the volunteers were helpful and plenty of stories to be told.

It was honestly a really good place to be! But there was a big health violation where there was mushrooms growing inside one of the train cars!! Mushroom spores spread really easily and is bad for one’s health and lungs if stayed in for too long!! If it wasn’t for this I probably would have given this place a good review but this mushroom issue was a bad health violation! That one car should have at least been closed… I won’t come back until it’s dealt with…

Welcoming participation of visitors ..Engines and boxcarscan be explored; station buildings like Unity and Argo open for entry. The passenger car used to film Disney's Monkey Movie an amazing Hollywood Hit ! Gift Shop at entrance has delightful range of kids toys and adult info. See Saskatoon Street Car with retro ads inside. Volunteers continue to do extensive restorations of trains and buildings during the week. Visitors welcome on weekends. Check their website with good photos.

Saskatchewan Railway Museum
Pretty cool place to spend a day off! :)We went there, one adult and three youth, in the summer of 2020. Quite a while ago but I don’t think anything has changed in these slow times.It was good. You may think it’s just trains but nah. It’s somewhat interactive, you can go and sit and touch and there’s pieces of information here and there. Overall it’s a cool place to learn about Saskatchewan history.
