Dundonald Child Care Centre

I do not recommend the facility... I’m pulling my kids out at the end of the month. I’ve had witness numerous unprofessionalism. One of the daycare workers kissed my son and I almost lost it. Another time I heard one of them yell at the children. They lack communication, in my overall experience there is only 1 lady there that is passionate about her job, the rest of them no. They also lack workers. There are only 5 people who work here.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.. absolutely terrible. I had 2 children. There had been time where the kids asked for water and got told to drink out of a bottle. Aslo they dont nap but where forced to. And during nap time the staff would out their feet on my children. I have tried to talk to them amd they brushed it off and ignored my concerns. As well as my 2 year old was potty trained and instead of taking her to the potty when she asked they put a pamper on her(she wear pullup and I always provided them)also seems like a dirty place. And when the girls first started I was told they provided meals and snacks my girls always complained they never ate They also get you to fill out a ton of paper work about the child to not even read it when done. I could say way more but I'll leave it at that

Firstly the only positive review on here is by someone who works here.My daughter use to attend this facility. I witnessed her getting held by the wrist by the supervisor, she left red marks on both wrist.

Not impressed with the facilities lack of sound and professional business practices. I had to pull my child from this facility after witnessing several questionable and poor practices, one of which included loosing a child and on the part of the staff, no visible concern for the gravity of the situation at the time of occurrence and no effort made to locate the child. Further followup also fell short after i reported my concerns, and the root of the issues never seemed to be addressed, not with the director, parent board or childcare consultant. I have discovered that their have been dozens of issues with the practices of this centre, and it would be my review to any family seeking to utilize their service in the future to do their due diligence to ensure that sound practices are in fact in place and not just promised before enrolling your child(ren). I will never personally recommend this facility to anyone!

Home sweet home

I have been with this facility since 2008, both of my children attended. No facility is ever going to be perfect but this place is part of my village, they care and they show it by providing excellent services to all children. They are inclusive, kind, caring. There are too many things to list about the positive aspects. I suggest this center with my whole and encourage those interested to not only reach out to staff but also the parents on the board with any inquiries!
