They quoted an 80 yr old widow $9,000 for a job. Insisted $4,500 deposit and then ghosted on the job.We haven't been able to get the money back, or for him to actually fulfill the contract. He has come up with 1,001 excuses why he doesn't have the money to pay her back the deposit.
