Best service. Never have any problems with your service.

Hands down the most disappointing service I have ever had... so disgusted. Not sure if the phone company is to blame or just this particular kiosk.

I just made the switch to Koodo. I went to the store and was assisted by Eden. I'm really pleased with the service i received . Eden explained everything simply and clearly right off . She made it a pleasurable and easy experience. Highly recommended by me

Clean, helpful, lots of flowers to choose from. Lots of fruit and veggies. Good prices on soil. Love pumpkin patch.

I try to phone the kiosk where I signed up for this service, in Saint John because I want to cancel. No humans pick up. Tried different times. Message directs me to 1-866.. Their message says wait time of 50 to 70 minutes !! This is not good customer service !"

Just another phone company doing a half a$$ job, happy to take your money but not helpful when you need them. Don't expect to be able to return a phone within the 30 day period they specify as they will just find a way to screw you around and blame it on a different section of koodo and you'll be stuck with a phone you don't want. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. I will be done with koodo as soon as I return from work.

I was served by Eden who was extremely helpful. She ask her colleague Kyle for help with one question I had and he reluctantly walked over and took a quick glance and said we can help you have to call koodo and he walked away. I looked at Eden and said so you're calling please. She diald the phone and told me it would be a 15 minute wait which I said I am ok to wait for. Another colleague Ben asked as I wandered around the kiosk if I had been waited on . I watched Ben service many customers while I waited. He always had a smile on and seemed genuinely happy. Kyle seemed to laze around leaning on the counters chit chatting or doing something on his phone. I did see him service 1 customer so I can't say he did nothing. Eden spent over 45 minutes waiting on hold in your telephone queue. Overall I was thrilled with my service at the kiosk as provided by Eden. The patience she showed with her own company waiting on hold for so long while I was on the other side of the counter waiting was beyond admirable and she should be recognized for her professionalism and excellence in Customer Service.Kyle needs some retraining in customer service especially when working in a kiosk environment.I DID NOT GET THE SERVICE I VISITED THE KOODO KIOSK FOR because your contact center must be under staffed. Looks like koodo has problems all the way around.
