My experience with Andrew and Linda have been nothing short of amazing. Andrew did a great job installing a new air exchange system at our home approximately 18 months ago. The quality of his work is second to none, but more important to me, he really takes the time to educate his clients to make our lives easier. Today I was required to order new furnace filters which I could not find anywhere due to its odd size. I called in to Andrew's Air Care and they helped me out by placing this order, even if I was not paying for a service through them at this specific time (NOW THAT'S AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE). I truly appreciated this gesture, and I will continue to support this company! Customer service is #1 and don't be scared about using Andrew... you wont be disappointed.

Amazing service! Very fast, professional and efficient! They fixed and cleaned my heatpump...works like new! The problem initially diagnosed was exactly what was wrong with it.

Andrew was very professional and genuine. He treated our installation as if he was installing in his own home taking time to discuss location, usage, functionality even considering any potential future home improvements.... things we may never have thought of, he had everything covered. He was prompt, delivered a quality product as promised. Andrew made a point to proactively follow-up several days later to ensure we were satisfied.

Andrew’s Air Care installed a mini-split in our home in October 2022 and we highly recommend them! We really appreciate how quickly they were able to complete the work and the advice they gave to find the best option to heat the home. The work was a little more difficult as our house has stone walls and they were very careful when installing the unit. The mini-split works very well and we’re very happy with the work they did. The entire team was very friendly, helpful and professional and took time to answer our questions.

A fabulous company!When I moved to Moncton, I knew absolutely nothing about heat pumps. I went to several different companies to try and figure out what was going on and how to fix it, and it was an overall frustrating - and expensive - experience, with techs who didn't show up, ones who showed up and then left again, and then ones who came and charged me twice what they'd said they would.When I finally found Andrew's, it was like night and day. They're quick to respond to you, work with you to get quick appointments particularly in dire circumstances, and always show up when they're scheduled or communicate if there's delays.When they arrive, their work is excellent - Andrew resolved a problem I thought would last forever and was even willing to spend time answering all of my somewhat silly questions about heat pumps. I now hire them every year for ongoing maintenance, and I imagine they'll be the ones I'll get my next heat pump from as well.Honestly, I can't recommend them enough, and they have all my gratitude for making my move here just a little bit less terrifying.

These folks fit me in mid-blizzard, guided me through my site prep, and diagnosed the issue, first on the phone and then in person. A lot of experienced and knowledgeable manpower handled the dismantling and troubleshooting. Parts were ordered and received and installed within a couple business days. Testing showed the problem was fixed. At all times the office and field staff were very supporting. A good find for AC/heat pump service provider.

We were lucky to find Andrew for a bathroom fan installation in 2019 and he went above and beyond! He is so knowledgeable and professional that we always look to him first for both residential and commercial services. We'll continue to call on Andrew in the future for any air care needs. It's always a pleasure to deal with Linda as well!

Would've been a 4 if it weren't for the surprise 49.52 they charged me for filters the serviceman said were being provided. Didn't mention anything regarding a charge for that. If this were communicated to me yeah I most likely would have paid it anyways and would have continued to rely on them for my air system maintenance. Sadly won't be using this service again. Shame too the guy was nice and knowledgeable otherwise.

Andrew's Air Care crew were a pleasure to work with and explained everything about my new HVAC unit very well. They were efficient and on time with their delivery. Would use them again in the future.

Just had my heat pump installed and air exchange cleaned as I neglected it for a few years - oops.. Andrew did an awesome job with the install and showing me how the new system works, and Linda was always available to answer all of my stupid questions before Andrew arrived :) The Karda heat pump works great! Very much looking forward to saving on heat in the winter and having AC in the summer!
