VERY friendly and patient staff, welcomed us and even helped us with an alternative for our childs passport when we made a mistake in the process rather than sending us away to fix it ourselves which is my past experience at other locations

I received both fast and friendly service here on a Friday during lunch. Staff was knowledgeable and my business was completed without any issues. Did I mention that they were both fast and friendly?

I went down today and didn't realize they don't let you in without an appointment. The person inside just looked at me annoyed and shook their head. Their signs on the door should be more clear that entering the building requires an appointment.

Worst customer service I called 1800 number was told I could apply in person or on the phone for medical leave. Walked in to do so the lady at the customer service was so rude to me all I was doing was asking questions as she was giving me different I formation contradicting to what I was told on the phone ignored anything I would say and talked over me with a tone. I will not go back on that offic based off my experience. You are there to answer questions you should not be rude simply because some Me is trying to get the appropriate information to ensure they are filing correctly.

I went in yesterday for a booked appointment to get my children's passports processed and had the pleasure of working with Mike! He was very knowledgeable, swift with his service, made no mistakes and provided me with an excellent experience! I applaud his ability to process passports so seamlessly! BRAVO!!

Waited a hr downtown to speak with personnel for a signature. Nothing was accomplished, prior on phone was told to go there and would get completed even mail out on my behalf. Wrongful information , bad communication on call centre. One rep working 4 squares, very painful.

Nobody likes dealing with the government. But Wanda (I hope i got her name right), was such a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to help guide me through anything, answered every question directly, and had great advice. Never thought i would be giving a government establishment a 5 star, but here we are. And it is all due to Wanda’s amazing service. (Tell your friends).

3rd in line yesterday morning get a phone number and wait 4 hours to talk to someone. They tell me we fixed the problem sign in tomorrow to catch up on your reports. you'll get your money monday" sign in today still nothing been dealing with this for 2 months"
