Matt and the Spectrum team did an awesome job on my kitchen and master bath - both of them were complete rebuilds. They were very professional and anytime they ran into something unexpected, we figured out the solution together - not stretching the budget either which was appreciated. I have another bathroom i will probably get them to do one day. Thanks!

I am the owner of 2360 Bloor Street West, Matt at Spectrum Design and Build renovated two floors of this medical clinic. Everything went beautifully, and we are very happy with the renovation. Except for the initial drywall crew (Rojava is the contractor below that left a bad review). Please contact me if you are unhappy with getting fired, this is a completely new space. I asked Matt to fire your team, because you butchered brand new walls, creases were showing from the drywall, the mudding was awful and looked patchy. I would happily send you pictures of over 30 parts of the building that had to be repaired at Matt's cost. As a business owner, I do think you have a responsibility to complete quality work or expect others to complain and not want you to work on their projects.

I am glad to say that the addition on my home has been completed, and is exactly what was envisioned. Matt was a pleasure to work with, and was able to deliver everything that was promised in a timely manner. I feel confident leaving this review, and highly recommend Spectrum Design & Build to anybody that is looking to have their own addition added. If and when I’m ready for a custom home, I will again use their services!

Mat had hired my company to provide post construction cleaning on a complete home remodel. I was impressed with his work. The quality of the build was well above average. Communication was excellent. We agreed to payment terms and I had no issues being paid. Wonderful guy to work with. Definitely would recommend and looking forward to doing more business on the future.

Hired Mat and his team for a 2nd floor addition which also included re-doing the main floor and basement. Couldn’t be happier with the final result as we went from a dated 2 bed/2 bath bungalow to a modern 3 bed/4 bath 2 storey house. Their eye for design and ability to execute provided us with a home even nicer than we had envisioned. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with Mat and his team on my home renovation. Mat always kept my husband and I updated on the progress and ensured that the work was completed on time and as scheduled!
