My seven months and half old dog neutered and microchipped here two weeks ago. On the day of the surgery, he slept a lot and was worried because he didn't eat much, but from the next day, he got better. Two weeks after surgery, he took off his cone and he definitely recovered. The surgery area was clean and healed well. I'd like to thank the doctor here :)

We have used this clinic multiple times. We had our dog and bunny both spayed there. You can not beat their prices. Period. And the service was great! Both my pets recovered quickly.I also took my bunny Cookie back for eye infections last month. We tried everything at home including polysporin antibiotic eyes drops etc. The lovely vet took such good care of her. The moment she took her in the back room I could hear all the vets yell bunny"! So

Great clinic. Instead of “assuming” what my dogs on and off limp was, vet did an X-ray which found my dog’s osteosarcoma (bone cancer) very early on and I truly believe because we caught it so early, and were able to book his surgery so quickly (within 2 days), he responded so well to treatment and is still here healthy and happy as ever almost a year later and going strong! I’m so thankful for more time with my best friend thanks to Langley Animal Clinic ❤️

Super impressed with my first experience there , it came highly recommended by a friend and a very large dog Facebook group so I decided to make a appointment in November to get our puppy spay this February . From the second I walked in the door I found the staff very efficient and when they actually have the anesthesiologist meet with you and your pet beforehand it really helped with any nervousness I had . They called me when my puppy was out of surgery to let me know how it went and did not rush her out afterwards, they really take hours after to monitor, at pick up I met with another staff member who went over in detail about home care , pain medication , what to do and not to do and what to watch for ,at any time I could email a picture if I was unsure of how it was healing , such a relief! They went over paperwork for microchip also .I live on a Gulf Island but it was so worth the cost of travel and time .

I am very grateful to Dr. Esther Cahill and the staff at langley animal clinic for taking such good care of my cats Alice and Nala. They both had different health issues that required urgent attention and Dr. Cahill was quick to diagnose and treat them. She handled them with care and expertise and kept me informed throughout the process. She also worked with me to find a payment plan that suited my situation. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats recovered well and I could not ask for a better vet. The clinic itself is clean, modern and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.Thank you :')

We will never take any of our pets anywhere else than Langley Animal Clinic! All of their staff, from the front desk to the techs to the doctor (we didn’t get her name but I think it was Dr. Laura), everyone there is friendly, professional, compassionate, and happy to answer all of our questions. And if that’s not enough, this top-quality care is actually 2-3 times less expensive than the other animal clinic which is 3 minutes away from our house. They squeezed us in last minute when our cat tore one of her claws in half. We will gladly continue to drive 40 minutes to LAC!

Many years ago I gave this place a 5 star rating. Unfortunately I have had to change it. We had been going to this vet for over 15 years. Always had a great experience up until the last 3 years. We put up with the rude front staff but the last straw was when we found ourselves in a situation with our dog. He needed medical help and when I called they told me they did not have any time for him and I needed to go elsewhere. I was shocked. After all those years. So we went to another vet who got him in immediately due to the severity of the situation. We decided to switch to this vet full time. As they actually cared about my dog enough to squeeze him in between appointments. Trying to get our dogs medical records to the new vet was a challenge. We phoned and spoke to the manager and told her what happened and why were no longer wanted to use their services. Of course she apologized but we never did get his records to the new vet. They are even still sending us immunization reminders. I really liked the vet we had there, my issue is not with him but the way this business has become so big there is no personal care.

Brought my rescue bunny. Had matted hair but my friend said this place is pretty good. They chopped her hair so close to her bum it was bleeding. I didn't care so much about the hack job they did but don't hurt my bunny. Also I had my credit card hacked and I had an Appt to get my other bunny spayed. I called Tue. My spot was Thursday and even though I explained my situation that I couldn't keep my appt. for this unfortunate circumstance, this place showed no mercy and still kept my $50. Honestly you get what you pay for. Terrible service. Possibly a blessing in disguise. Not worth going to such non customer friendly place.

I had my female dog spayed here & I cannot recommend this place enough !!! within 30 minutes I had checked in, signed all the paperwork, & spoke to the vet technician! I then received a phone call in the afternoon with an update & was able to pick up my dog! It was an EXTREMELY reasonable price with medications + cone all included. she healed super fast & is back to her normal self. the scar itself is very minor - they did a fantastic job ❤️❤️❤️
