Theirs a paper sign on the door says take out or delivery only !! Then we tried to order sushi ,even though half the menu is sushi she said we don't make those!! Then we orderd a combo meal where they charge you for chow main if you don't want rise !! Never have had that at any other Chinese food place !! Will never eat here again !! Not even if it was free !! $35.12 for 2 lunches no drinks!! Don't eat here ;(

Nope. Ginger beef without ginger and “spiced” with black pepper instead of chilis. Chicken ball meat was an odd texture maybe marinated or precooked or something, ended up dry and flaky. Fat Shanghai noodles were over cooked. Vegetable chow mein was 90% broccoli. Did end up with free crab cheese fried wontons which were delicious, haven’t seen that before. Overall hard pass, kinda bland and boring. A large portion doesn’t make up for mediocre food.

Food was amazing, very tasty.We ordered sweet & sour pork with pineapple, chicken chow mein, lemon chicken and beef veggies with almonds. They gave us 8 mini veg spring rolls for free. My only complain is the lemon chicken should have less batter on it, other than that we were very happy with the food. Portions are big, we'll definitely have enough for leftovers for dinner the next night. We will be ordering from here again ..thank you

Ordered on the internet and went to the Restraunt to pick up. The food was terrible, not fresh, old soggy, and over done. Kelowna is famous for having bad Chinese Food, in my 24 years here this is the worst. Stay Away!

We are staying at the super 8 because it it close to the Canadian enduro race at Smith Creek in Kelowna. We have been here for 2 days and went for take out here both nights. We have had Chinese food basically everywhere we travel. Its a family favorite. This is by thar the best we have ever had and we have ordered all over North America and beyond. The portions are huge, but would pay even if the portions were 1/2 the size because of quality and taste. Extremely fresh vegetables and meat. Made to order fresh. The people who work at this restaurant are extremely nice and welcoming. Would definitely say a must have if your in the area. Cheers, enjoy.

I got the C combination dinner that I've gotten several times before. Tonight it was terrible, really terrible. The ginger beef they are so proud of was a clump of dry ginger beef, very little sauce to moisten it , very chewy. Chicken balls were also a clump together, dry dry dry and no sauce with it, terrible. The fried rice was ok, your doing pretty bad when you can't make chicken fried rice. Portions were smaller then they use to be to. They've lost what had been a loyal customer. I don't know what's happened but the food is terrible. Mall Chinese food is better then this.

We just ordered the group of 4 share dinners! The owner was super friendly and very professional the environment is very welcoming and relaxing.The food was hands down the best in town for Mandarin style food.The portions are huge and absolutely deliciousThe owner even brought our take out to our car for us!Definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back again soon!5 out of 5 stars!

When visiting from out of town, we were starving and craved some Chinese food". Royal Wok didn't disappoint. Huge portion sizes and it was overall very satisfying. Great value and it really hit the spot!"

Went there for the first time yesterday. The food was delicious. Portions were very generous and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be going back and telling all my friends about this place. Oh and the owner is very kind and friendly!!
