If you've never heard of or tried Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) before, I highly suggest booking a session with Don to experience a more thorough and long-lasting method of tension and pain relief. I regularly go to massage as a form of health maintenance, but ever since trying FST to help with my new-parent tensions, I'm a believer and will definitely be adding this to my routine. Don is professional, compassionate, and flexible. The clinic is well-equipped and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

As a female, I was initially hesitant to see a male practitioner, but after meeting Arminder I was totally at ease with his demeanour and professionalism. He focussed on shoulders (rotator cuff specifically) and tension in upper back and neck . EXCELLENT experience, would highly recommend!

I come in to Vancouver fairly frequently for work from Los Angeles. I suffer from a bit of sciatica and this place was recommended to me for FST. The services were great and the space is fantastic!! My son got a massage which he said was also very good. We will be back again every time we're in town. Comes with my highest recommendation.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place, the people, the facility and the work. I went to get an FST stretch with David after locking my hip, after 3 days of not being able to walk David’s therapy allowed me to go to work the next day. If you are looking for a comfortable environment to relax and feel better this is the place !

I'm a senior. I went to David Kemp for mobility & balance issues, dropped shoulder, weak left side from mini stroke, knee pain, my irregular gait and overall stiffness. After just one Fascia Stretching treatment I noticed a huge improvement in all of the above. I was absolutely amazed! After just three treatments I feel younger and lighter and may be able to play badminton again. I am well again! Don't hesitate! Go & see David for any physical issues you have. He is a wonder!
