DONT RENT CAR FROM ENTERPRISE !!!I went back to the YUL ENTERPRISE location within 20min after I returned car to get the camera I left in the car. They claimed the car is already sent back to the garage for cleaning. Their staff called the manager right away to confirm and promised to send me the camera. After 1 month with more than 10 calls that directed to their customer service centre. The only response I get is they dont see any camera in lost and found. And they have no footage saved in their surveillance camera. They are allowing and covering their staff to obtain customers belongings!! BEWARE!!

Picking the car up was smooth except for two things: none of the very visible scratches and dents in the car was marked on the paper when I was asked to sign it, so I've had to go around the car again and have the lady take photos of everything - we've had full cover but still, not how it's supposed to be.Also, the child seat we got was difficult to install, the employees said that legally they're not allowed to help me (which I don't doubt) but maybe Enterprise could provide a simplified manual, approved by their Legal team, to customers instead. Imagine arriving after a long haul flight, only to be presented with a non ISOFIX seat that is a pain to install. The lady was nice though.Returning the car was much, much easier and smoother with a once again really awesome employee. I've rented a fair share of cars in my life but I can only recommend going through them at MTL airport.

Very friendly staff at this location, also a very short walk from the domestic luggage pick up area. One of the female staff members who was wearing glasses and fluent in both French and English was kind enough to provide instructions to a first timer on how to exit the airport for free. Also, she provided me with a free upgrade because the car I booked in advance was no longer available. I’m very thankful for her help; I would recommend this Enterprise location to others looking for a car rental, especially if you book in advance ensuring a vehicle is available for you. When I walked in to pick up the vehicle, I brought the details along with my photo ID, credit card, and it was an extremely smooth and easy process that took less than 10minutes.

We had an excellent rental car experience at YUL Enterprise.All the staff were friendly and professional, there was very little line-up and since we pre-booked online there was minimal wait. We had a horrific experience recently at another airport with a different rental company, the staff at YUL should teach courses in how it should be done.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I rented a full size elite vehicle for a week but then had to return it early as parking in downtown Montréal is impossible to find. Very friendly staff, easy check out and in procedure and was given very helpful information and very proper service from Djamel, he has service standards similar to a manager, and if he is not one he should be! 5 stars.

Slow service. Took over 30 minutes for someone to come over and help us find our car. I've never had this happen before. It is always an efficient process at other Enterprise locations.

Jaylan was awesome to deal with. He checked me in and suggested a hybrid for fuel savings as I was driving over 3000km. Check in was fast and easy and he was very easy going. He also checked me in when I got back. I thanked him for the suggestion on the car. Finding the drop off area took me a few times around the block but I finally got it. I would rent again from this place if I had to rent a vehicle again. Shout out to Jaylan, give this man a raise and promotion! But seriously, do it. For real. Best guy around. Do it.

Great service and we were able to walk up to the outside counter where they completed our rental without any delay. On return, they saved us money by charging one fewer day with an hour overage as opposed to an extra full day as noted in our contract.
