In addition to Patrick who gave our furnace an expert going-over, there is a very well-organised back office. I was grateful to receive an email reminder of the appoinrment 24 hours ahead of time. Patrick was punctual and efficient and we paid a very fair price. We will repeat next year.

We had a problem with our brand new Kitchen Aid stove (unfortunately NOT installed by Kestrel!). Kestrel Appliance went above and beyond to help get to the bottom of it, order parts on our behalf, and make the repair. Patrick was fantastic, but Brittany deserves a special shout out for her five star administrative and customer service. We could not be happier to have chosen Kestrel.
