House sale a few years ago went well until the buyer decided that there wasn't enough propane in the tanks. McIntyre law office called me up and told me I had to write a cheque out to the buyer for an entire fill up of the tanks.2 weeks prior to closing they were filled and the house left empty at 16 degrees.I asked where there date stamped photo from move in day was and they told me and pressured me that it would be easier to just pay.I had to remind them they were working for me and unless they have proof, they could take along walk off a short peer. They THEN decided to dispute the claim which was dropped.Scott McIntyre would not talk to me he had his paralegal try to handle all of this.2 out of 10 would not reccomend
