I have been going to Beachcombers for the past few years for Hot tub supplies, parts & service. Great experiences all around. They helped me out with my pump when it needed serious repair at a very reasonable price. They always answer my questions and don't just point me to a product to get me to buy something.This is definitely the place I will keep going back to.

We bought our hot tub at the other outfit in Vernon., we have taken our water there a few times since July to test but each time theTest machine not working and they just test via strips. Went to beachcomber today and they tested the water and gave us a print out and advice on what we needed to do to balance the water. The young lady so helpful and knowledgeable. Service outstanding and will only get our water tested there from now on as well as buy our chemicals from them. Thank you. I feel you value me as a client.

I have been dealing with Beachcomber in Vernon for over 25 years now. The service is excellent and the products are great. I highly recommend this store for all your needs for hot tubs, furniture etc.

This Beachcomber store has people who know hot tubs, who understand customer service and who take the time to explain what to do to maintain a healthy, functional hot tub. Plus they have the parts, or can get them pronto. Very satisfied since 2007.

I think that the people at Beachcomber are wonderful. They are very accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. What I like the most about this company is the fact that they are local. I know that they are always giving back to the local communities (like purchasing kids 4-H projects - just one example) I think that it's a two way street, you support local. Local supports you. We bought our hot tub and some furniture from them and the service was wonderful. We found everyone very friendly.

Great customer service. We have been going to this Beachcomber for many years. Purchased a new hot tub from them and get all our supplies there. They offer free water testing. Also, love their clearance centre for bargains on furniture.

We just love shopping here, lots of options! Customer service and experience is always great with their amazing staff. Our kids felt it was so comfortable and fun, they are even asking to stop in to say hi... pretty amazing when a locally owned business can provide such a great atmosphere where everyone feels welcome! 10+ years and they still have a great thing going on. Highly recommend supporting Beachcomber Home Leisure!

Honestly the BEST place to purchase anything for your home; inside and out.The quality of the products is exemplary- the level of service from shopping experience to warranty is the best I have had the pleasure of receiving. No I don’t work there or at their Kelowna location.Even if you are the fussiest of fussiest, you won’t be disappointed.

Large selection of nice furniture, friendly and very helpful staff, and reasonable prices. They went out of their way to help me find the right piece of furniture for a gift. That was my first time to their store but I'll definitely be back.
