Wow!!! This has by far been the best salon experience I've ever had. Lana did my nails and I am just so incredibly impressed with her attention to detail and her overall application of my acrylics. She checked and fixed her work with each step and took her time with her application and they came out absolutely gorgeous. My nails look exactly like the picture I showed her, I am so so happy with my new set and have already booked my next fill here. The ladies are so sweet here and they do a great job, if you're hesitating about booking here, don't!!!

I have been going to BeU nails for the past year and really liked the service I received, up until a month ago.The salon is clean and the receptionist is very friendly and made me feel welcomed by remembering me at each visit, 10/10 service from her!I loved going to see Grace, she always did an excellent job, providing exactly what I asked for and was kind and made friendly conversation.I saw one technician twice, but there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier and I left with nails not quite what I asked for. 1 time the nails were completely wrong but I felt like I couldn’t communicate with what I wanted, so I just dealt with them and didn’t book with her again.On my last visit I saw a different tech and I left with a negative impression. She seemed annoyed as I chose my colours from the beginning of the appointment. We talked as she began my nails, and I shared excitedly that I was getting married next month. She proceeded to tell me stories about people she knew who got stood up at the alter and whom their marriages did not work out which I thought was in bad taste. Then during the colour application, several nails were painted the incorrect colour, and when I immediately corrected her she was frustrated and at one point raised her voice in a harsh tone at me. I felt embarrassed for asking for what I wanted. After the appointment I reflected on the experience and decided that I won’t be returning, as I typically spend $60-$80 to get my nails done, which is a luxury for me, and I shouldn’t be made to feel like I’m an inconvenience. I get that people have bad days but working in customer service I feel that you need to treat your paying customer with more respect than what I encountered during this visit.Thank you for the year of services and I wish your business well.

I’ve been going to this place since last 3 years now. And i can’t even put it into words how amazing their service is. Every time i go there , they surprise me with something new. My go to place for nails. And staff is so friendly and polite. I would recommend it to every girl. They won’t regret. Thank you so much guys for doing a wonderful job. ❤️

No matter who does my manicure, they always turn out perfectly. The dip lasts 4 weeks without peeling or cracking. The staff make an effort to know you. Work station is always clean and all products are sanitized between clients. Very impressed and happy with their service

Hands down one of the best nail salons I have ever been to, and in my opinion, the best one in Cambridge. If you are looking for exceptional service, clean environment and equipment, as well as friendly & amazing staff, look no further. Booking an appointment was very easy using their online booking system, and Heibi, the receptionist, was very attentive and friendly the moment you walked in. Hanna, the owner, did my nails herself, and was lovely and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Hanna is exceptionally kind and detail-oriented, gave me suggestions on the best nail shape that would compliment my hands, and was super patient with me when I couldn't decide between two designs I wanted. It is clear that Hanna wants the best for her clients, and goes above and beyond to ensure quality service and results. My nails turned out exactly how I envisioned, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have their nails done!

Highly recommended to anyone. I called in with an issue with fake nails from another place and was talking to LANA (I think I her name was). She fit me in right away that morning and did amazing job at fixing my nails. I told her the one was very painful and she was ever so gentle with it. Everyone was so nice here most definitely my go to place now.Thank you so much for your help.

I have visited this place 3 times and left happy. Unfortunately my latest experience was so bad that I found another salon to do my nails. Nail tech didn't do a good job at all. She neither asked choice of colors, shape to trim my nails. Even worse wouldn’t even cut my nails properly, I felt so low the entire time that I didn’t even go back when the nails paint came off the next day instead decided to choose a new salon. Attitudes of the nail tech is worse that I wanted to write this review so others are aware of quality of service. Do not recommend to anyone and won’t go back there either.

I am so beyond impressed with the salon I’ve recently moved to Cambridge and I loved the look of the inside of the salon and the photos they had posted of their work. The salon is clean and well-kept up the girls technique is amazing and they are all good at current trends. I personally go to Tina and she has done an amazing job every time she has a great personality and attention to detail.

The service here was exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door the customer service there was amazing throughout. I had Rose who was very respectful and considerate. Her talent, effort, and attention to detail was outstanding. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone here really makes sure you walk out the door loving your nails!
