Rented my 1st Car Trailer and had to pick it up from this location (none available in Cambridge). Could not have asked for better service. I had to back-up a 26ft truck to mate with the trailer and was expertly guided with hand signals (the truck & trailer hitches aligned 1st shot!). Then I was helped to attach the trailer and given guidance how to load the car. Was more than happy with the service here. Thxs very much!!! Steve M.

Zero customer service. Very rude and ignorant owner. After drawing his attention to poor customer service he refused to rent us the Uhaul truck that was ordered 2 weeks prior and was sitting on his lot waiting for us, and told us to leave threatening with police (?)!!! Very disappointing experience. Stay away!!! Filed a complaint with Uhaul.
