Martin is magical. He built a brand new screen and fix my screen door screen/frame. He did an excellent job. He made sure to make a a better than original bedroom screen with a thicker frame which was more work for him but better for me (as he could have used the original thickness size which is a weaker frame and therefore less work for him). Wants to make sure you are getting the best. And my bent screen door frame he was able to massage back in place instead of having to get a new frame which saved my a lot of money as it was a specialty frame that would need to be order from the factory. He takes pride in his work and a bonus is he is really nice to deal with. Thank you, Martin!

Martin was awesome, quick and efficient. We needed our balcony screen door fixed because we were moving and had a couple cuts in it from the dog. He even re-aligned the door as it wasn't sliding into place correctly. Very easy to deal with, would recommend.

Great quality and value for money! We needed all of our screens replaced in our 20 year old windows and was not sure what would be the cost or solution would be. I sent an inquiry through the website and I heard from Martin within a couple of hours. Martin took the details and arranged an appointment to come by within a couple of days of my inquiry. Martin came by when promised and on time. After a review of all the screens we decided replacing them would be the best. Martin provided a very competitive quote and at a much lower cost than I had thought. We set an appointment which I had to change and Martin was very understanding. When Martin came to repair the screens, he was on time and took extra time to ensure everything fit correctly and also took the time to show me how screens should be removed and installed to limit future damage. Timely, reliable and professional service. Brent installed my storm door to my satisfaction, even though additonal work was required on the frame and it took 2 visits. He ensured everything is as per my liking and didn’t charge anything additonal that the standard installation price. Highly recommended!

Had Martin come out this morning to replace a door screen. I texted him on Wednesday and he replied within an hour and was able to book me in for that Friday. He contacted me Friday morning to give me a window of arrival and showed up exactly when he said he would. I wanted to put in a screen that was a bit different than the usual and Martin was able to come up with the perfect way to make it work which wasn't something he had ever done before. He had two screens measured and completed in less than an hour and was professional and respectful the whole time.I would highly recommend Doctor Screen and specifically Martin for any repair or replacement needs you might have. So glad that I found him and will use him for any future needs related to my window screens.

Excellent service. Prompt. Extremely helpful with the workings of the windows as well as the repairs to the screens. Reasonable. Came to our house which saved alot of time and he ensured the windows and screens worked properly.

Although Martin was somewhat unresponsive to begin with, he pulled through! Despite major vehicle troubles just as he was coming to our house, he was determined to finish the job, once he got some help getting the trailer to our house.Throughout it all he was professional, courteous, and extremely apologetic of the inconvenience. And in the end, our screen door is fixed very well, and slides amazingly well! Very happy with the service!
