The more forgotten about health store across the street but just as good. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection but not always what you are looking for being a smaller store. They do have a great spice selection though and really deserve more attention.

This is one of my favourite health food stores. Its a good, family-run business. People are knowledgeable and caring. Very pleasant shopping experience. Minimal lines and crowds, making it an easy in and out. Very good selection of stock. Prices are extremely competitive and more than reasonable.

The staff if nice and helpful. Their prices went up recently, therefore TOO EXPENSIVE now. There's no parking in front of store, as it's a tiny plaza. There is a public parking next store.

I've been there a couple of times and most recently, I received very poor customer service. The gentleman working there was very curt and rude when I asked a simple question. I don't think it takes much to be pleasant and accommodating to your customers. I have no desire to shop there again.
