I could not have been happier with my experience at Christine Jewellers. Alex was so patient with me and even though I was insanely particular about what I wanted he didn’t mind and really took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. I had our wedding bands custom made with him. He created our visions perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I also brought in my engagement ring to have the prongs adjusted because my crazy self could see they weren’t quite perfect. He had them redone and they are FLAWLESS. The prices are honest, the workmanship is top tier and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Ordered a watch and it came ahead of schedule - great selection and I haven't had any issues with my watch so no need to contact customer service. I will definitely look at buying from here instead of Amazon the next time I plan to purchase a watch.

I was recommended Christine jewellers by a friend who had gotten their wedding band from here recently. Decided to go check it out as I was looking to get a custom engagement ring made.Upon arrival we talked about my ideas in detail, showed them some sample images and next thing you know the ring was in the works of being designed. Both Andrew and Alex are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The communication was excellent while I waited for the ring to be made. They made the entire process so easy and quick. Ordered my new Seiko from Christine Jewellers as it was one of the few places that had it only and in North America, at MSRP. Had some issues with FedEx processing the international order for shipment but Andrew Kwong, the VP, reached out to me directly to let me when it was cleared for shipment. All in all, a wonderful experience with Christine Jewellers and especially Andrew. Would absolutely buy from again!

I have a diamond bracelet that was custom-made in Hong Kong. It was not long enough for my daughter-in-law as my wedding gift to her. So I searched online to find a jewelry shop that provides repair services with good customer reviews. I finally found Christine Jewellers Ltd. I discussed with Alex about adding two extra links to make it 3/4 inch longer. Alex is patient and knowledgeable. As I did not have extra links, the goldsmith needed to make a mold to duplicate the link’s size and design. He did an excellent job. The craftsmanship is of the highest quality, and the team did an excellent job of communicating with customers throughout the entire repair process. The staff, Pauline is helpful and friendly. She also provided me her knowledgeable recommendation. I have no hesitation in recommending this jewelry shop for their excellent customer services.
