I asked Triad to replace the eavestrough and downspouts on two occasions for different houses. The quotes were fast and fair. The work was completed by people who obviously knew what they were doing. The work was high quality.In a world where it is sometimes difficult to find a reliable contractor, I feel I can trust this company.I am asking them to replace the shingles on my family home.Highly recommended.

Pretty happy with the service, price and workmanship from Triad. They recently installed new shingles on my home. There was a minor issue when it came time to pay the bill using a credit card. It seems they’ve set a policy to limit use of a credit card for payment to $5000. Unfortunately it wasn’t communicated nor was it written on the contract or their website. For this reason, they agreed to honor my full payment by credit card. All workers and staff were professional and they clearly worked hard to provide good service from start to finish. Would recommend.
