The owner, Nathan. Theres a lot to say about the customer service this guy lacks as a business owner" Maybe due to his ability to create art well has fed his ego a little too much. Thinking he can get away with speaking to his customers the way he did with me and not complete the final touches of the work. Glad to be rid of this guy and to have found someone more civil

My go-to studio. I first met London when I came across some of her flash when she was still working at Eternal Ink on whyte ave. Since her move, I have also moved with her. I am never disappointed with her work, she really takes my ideas and makes them look so much better than I could have imagined. She's not shy to make sure you are comfortable and asks how you are feeling throughout the session, we'll take a few breaks if it's going to be a long tattoo sesh which is really awesome as well. She is a very gentle tattooer while also having a steady hand, and I actually ended up falling asleep halfway through my most recent tattoo, lmao. Even the owner and other guy who works there is very friendly and there's never a dull moment really. The fridge is fully stocked with drinks, so if you need a lil booster before or during your session it's available for clients, which I really liked and have never had that welcoming kind of service before, there are also snacks available right when you walk in. It's a very beautiful studio and there is LOTS to look at, so that can be helpful if you're someone that needs a good distraction during your session. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. 10/10 recommend.

Nathans art and kindness is beyond exceptional, he is insanely creative and passionate about his work and is truly an amazing artist. Nathan created a beautiful piece on my forearm that honoured my journey and respected my history. It’s a rare thing to find someone who knows you better than you know yourself and is able to give you a permanent reminder of that. I have forearm piece that I’m still in love with and I would highly recommend going to him if you are serious about having a thoughtful, beautiful and classic piece of art on your body. Nathan is an exceptional artist! I gave him a couple ideas I was thinking and he designed a masterpiece. It's exactly what I didn't know I wanted and needed. Shop is so clean, and professional. 150/10 would recommend!

Update: Did session #2 on my sleeve and a small tattoo previous so that makes 4 pieces I've gotten at Handcrafted. Everyone is so fantastic there and I feel like family. Great work, great people, great place.I love this place. I had been following an artist on Instagram for a bit, and really liked his work. Turns out an old jr high friend also apprentices here so that was cool. I've gotten 2 pieces done now, by two different artists and I will definitely come back. The prices are comparable, the atmosphere within the shop is vibrant and fun, and the crew are top notch. I love my tattoos that I've received from Handcrafted, and I make sure to tell everyone to visit!
