Quality of the work is exceptional. I brought in a broken IPhone 6s plus screen. Fixed it in less than an hour at a very reasonable rate compared to other places, as well as gave me a glass screen protector at a discounted price. The customer service was excellent as well, Isaac and Alex are both really easy to talk to and honest in terms of pricing. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in need of any electronic repairs.

Great service. I went in a couple of months ago to have my Iphone 5s screen repair and the service was quick and inexpensive. I went back today for Nexus 7 charger repair and they fixed it fast. Friendly guys who don't charge for needless repairs. I fully recommend these guys, and will do so to my peers.

these guys are great. brought my ps5 in for a hdmi port fix. and they finished it within a couple hrs at a great price. I suggest everyone waterloo to get their electronics fixed here.

Great prices and friendly service from Isaac. I had a broken screen replaced in my daughter's iPhone. They had the replacement screens in stock and were able to replace the screen in around 1 hour. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

The staff was nice, but the job was sloppy and there were a lot of issues that came after. I came in with a phone that had a broken screen, and needed to get it repaired as soon as possible. He said that it could be done on the same day, which was great. The screen was replaced, but it wasn't fully in on an initial inspection. Coming home I realized the phone was unable to charge, brought it back and it turned out to be a loose connection after the screen replacement. A week later my new screen cracked, and it turns out that the replacement screen had a defect on the corner which the cracked formed from!Normally careful work and inspection should be done prior to giving the repaired product back to the customer, however none of this was done here. This place gets the job done (at the bare minimum), but it adds more issues in addition to the repairs. Proceed with caution. I do not recommend this place unless there are no other alternatives.

Excellent Job! I went in to get an iPhone 6 Plus screen repair and I came home basically with a brand new phone! The waiting wasn't long and that's good!Definitely recommend people to come in when needed to repair their phones!This was the first time I needed repair on my Samsung Galaxy S3, and I could happier with this company.They were superb in explaining the problem and provided an super-fast reply to my questions. The repair was made accurately and quickly. The cost was low and workmanship the best. I highly recommend that you go to them.

You found your repair shop. Look no further.Excellent service. They definitely know what they are doing. They made the repair suggestion right after I explained my Nexus 6P's doomed early shut down issue. The phone's been working like a charm since the repair. Speedy repair and great price. A quarter of cost comparing to Google's official repair, don't mention 30 mins vs two week turn around. The only complaint I had is that they could've cleaned the phone a little better before giving back to me. (Maybe just my case.)
