We are relatively new to this clinic, but Dr. Sun and her team made an excellent impression: well organized, professional, patient and friendly - in person, on the phone and in a virtual meeting. Dr. Sun listens to her patients and always strive to give the best solution to her patients and takes time to explain options. We are very happy.

Called the front desk three times during operation time. Every time the waiting period is 11 mins. waited over 30 mins and left voice message. Unbelievable!

Dr. WeiYun Sun has been my family Doctor for about 8 years, she is a godsend and Awesome doctor! she’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients, she has helped me and my family so much with everything I have been through! and her staff, especially assistant named Cathy Guo is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well and organized. Cathy is amazing! she is always listening to patient and ready to offer any help and assistance. I always leave feeling so much better in every way they have done for me and my family! thank God, I’m so glad I found them for my family!

Wise Health Medical Center is the most professional clinic I have been to. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the staff, and they leave a good impression after you leave unlike some other medicial clinics. Dr. Zhang is amazing and helps her patients to an outstanding level, making sure her patients leave more educated than when they arrive. The receptionists are quick to help patients with questions and concerns. My school required me to get some immunization forms signed by my physician and the process went very smoothly. The whole experience of visiting this Wise Health Medical Center is very professional and speedy.

Dr. Zhuang is a very caring doctor. She was very patient when understanding the patient's worries and explaining what the appropriate next steps were. Her surgical skills were also exceptional. I'm very grateful that Dr. Zhuang was the treating me. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zhuang if you have any skin-related issues!

This clinic never respect your time. Everytime they overbook appoiments and keep you wait there forever at least 40mins and up. Normal wait time up to 1 hour.

I don’t understand why my appointment is 3pm and I didn’t see the doctor until 4:45pm. They could have just told me if I had to wait an hour and I could have come back. But I kept thinking it would be soon since I scheduled for 3pm. And the doctor has to work so quickly that she has no time to read patient files ahead of time. I saw her like 4 times for the same problem and have to explain my situation every time. Doctor was a good doctor though.
