In reply to the owner: yes, this is the correct salon, and I used to visit you for 2-3 years before the first incident, and I came back for the first time since 2018 a few months back. Glad to see you finally check your reviews, but this was my experience nevertheless.Update after 4 years: Had to go here because everywhere else was closed, never have i ever gotten a SHELLAC that broke within 20 minutes. I think they realized who I was and intentionally filed off my nails so thin, i had to let my nails rest for 2 months, lol. At least before was the issue of a gel and a one time thing, this time it was malicious planning, not only they gave me low quality shellac, they messed up my own nails too, never ceases to amaze me what length people go to...I used to go here for a long time because they're fast at doing shellac and they charge $21 for colour change (the pictures show their shellac work which is good). Usually no wait time and the shellac lasts long. That only works IF THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS DONE PERFECTLY SO YOU DONT NEED A FIX. Because of my good experience, I took a friend with me who got biogel+shellac on top. She was assured that it lasts long. The day after her nails were chipped and were coming off. We went back explaining to the owner; not only that she didn't fix it for free after one day but she said that we need to pay the full amount not even with the slightest discount!!! This is just not acceptable. If that's not enough, we were told that this is not your home country

Found my new regular nail place!! This place is a local gem :) I get Bio gel refills and the tech does then so fast, clean and professionally.Friendly staff and great price!Highly recommend especially those in area looking for a convient professionally done nail appointment!

The owner are nice and the staff, they always do a great job, very clean and reasonable price. What i like about them is they are not rushing to do your nail even if they are busy. And they always accommodate you even if u walk in or last minute call.

Made an appointment ahead of time but had to wait 1 hour before getting my nails done. On top of that, they rushed my Mani and Pedi since the store was closing and they were tired. And on top of that, the owner has an aggressive tone; she has no understanding of what it means to be professional and respectful. So many nail salons to choose from so don't waste your time going here.

I have been with Kim for over 20 years and she has been doing an amazing job on my nails extensions, designs fast and efficiently She can fixed broken nails easily if I needed it. She treats me well like her own family. This place is friendly and never turn clients away when you need job to be done. Love the vibes in this place and definitely will not go anywhere else but only this place.

I have been Kim's customer for 20 years. Never been unhappy. She now does my daughter's nails as well. Clean environment. Plenty of colour choices, several different nail systems to choose from. Very competitively priced. Side note: all her employees are fabulous as well.
