Had to RMA my defective PS5 and was told by Sony to ship it to these guys which they had me up and running with a working one in less than a week! I have nothing but appreciation for these guys and will definitely come by whenever I need to make a purchase to support them and their hard work! Thank you guys!

MTC has the best customer service within one attempt of fixing my PS5 freezing constantly and giving me hope again to play my console with out seeing broken frames for the past 6 months since playstation did not take me serious. thankyou for your hard work...now i can stream again on twitch. yall the real MVP!!!

Had my PS4 repaired here a couple years ago after it had popsicle sticks shoved in the disk drive! Still works great to this day!!!

MTC has my com since March 10. Now, the beginning of May, just for a screen replacement. Called at least a dozen times to the host warranty company with zero updates, except it will be sent next week with no worries." It's now into May and still nothing. Called Geek Squad and they called ASUS and 6 days to receive a new screen plus another week for logistics. It took MTC a month to order the part

Sent in my PS5 for repair (loud disk drive) and while it was repaired it came back with a few small scratches. Not the end of the world but I wish they were more careful.

First of all the Sony controller which was sent to them was returned within ten days which was a great turn around time. Unfortunately, I had to leave town to take care of a sick family member before it got sent back. I got a message from purolator that I wasn’t home and that they sent it for pickup to their central facility. I could not go to pick up and called purolator. They said call the people who sent it to lift a restriction so that they can send it to my office. So I called MTC and the customer service lady simply said call Sony and when I had a follow up question she simply said I will hang up now… I was courteous and asked friendly what happens if the product comes back to them and what to do them. Quite rude and not what I was expecting from a customer service person. So no the service I got was definitely not positive.

I took my PS5 in for a warranty repair. Sony said it would take 10-15 days for the repair. MTC it took under a week. Professional and friendly

I was skeptical at first as they have you pay up front and don't offer extended warranties, decided to take the chance and got my PS4 fixed here a couple of months back, came back brand new, very good service.

Called playstation that my PS4 controller was no longer working, told me to send it here to this MTC before my warranty ended and I was issued a brand new controller. Extremely exceptional service with them sending the controller in less than a week.
