I can’t tell you how dreamy my relaxation package was! It was a 10+/10 experience, the body and scalp massage was sooo good, I wish I could have it every week! Already planning my next visit there, thank you lovely staff!

Customer service here is top tier. I have yet to come here but am eager to after speaking to their receptionist over the phone. Sabrina was kind, friendly, enthusiastic as well as professional. She took the time to explain what services they provide as well as answering all my questions and concerns regarding time and prices. Cannot wait to book a facial and massage soon!

Had a great experience at Epiphany Spa. Went for a couples massage with my girlfriend. Booking our appointment was totally hassle free on the spa's website. Staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived.The two aestheticians who treated us were very professional and gave a great massage. We got the warm lava stone couples massage in the Fiji" room. The room was spacious and peaceful

Love this place! I went for the first time with my husband a few weeks ago for pedicures. It was my husband's first pedicure and the technicians made him feel comfortable; we both had a great experience. Great atmosphere and lovely staff. I have booked back for additional services.

I got the restful package and it was amazing. The pedicure was gorgeous, the facial was so soothing and the massage was the most relaxing massage.The staff was so kind and professional. I booked another facial for my wedding that’s in a month because I loved it so much! Highly recommend!

I almost got up and left as I was scared about any products that may be harmful to my extremely sensitive skin. I was hoping for a hydrating facial and lip mask as I usually am offered at other spas familiar with accutane, and was given no advice or warning about what was being performed or which products were being customized for my treatment. As a spa offering laser treatments and other medical esthetic services I was very caught off guard.The massage calmed me down and my skin is fine after the facial but as a healthcare provider myself I was absolutely shocked a medical spa had an intake form asking about accutane use but the estheticians don’t know what that is??

I have been getting massages for many years but hands down, Brianne is the best RMT I have ever had the pleasure of receiving treatment from. Not only is she professional, she is very kind and goes above and beyond. I've only ever had pleasant experiences and services at Epiphany Spa. Everyone is so friendly- even the nail technicians. Such a great place to treat yourself. Thank you ladies!!! :)

There were a couple of things that were really good about this place and then a couple that didn’t sit well with me. The front desk administrator was very friendly, but didn’t really tell me anything else , she just gave me papers to fill out because it was my first time. I got the spa package where it comes with a full body scrub, facial, scalp massage and stone massage with an RMT. The esthetician I had was fantastic. Her name was Cristina, she was friendly and very knowledgeable. With my facial especially she told me step by step what she was applying and how she was extracting any blemishes. She even gave me recommendations for my skin care routine. Now it gets to the part that I wasn’t really pleased about. As I was done with my first half of my spa package, there wasn’t even a break where they give you a snack tea/coffee or any drink. Other places I have been too always have a break where they provide you with some sort of treat to make sure you are not dehydrated etc. I was there for almost 4 hours so it was a long while until I could drink and eat anything. Then when the first half was done, I waited for my RMT for 15 minutes, she was late which was fine. When she came into the room she didn’t introduce herself, no apology even for being late, she wasn’t very friendly all together. She only asked about what areas to pay attention to; she never asked about how firm I wanted it, or if I was comfortable at all for that matter. The massage was still relaxing though. I believe though it wasn’t worth the $154 I spent on it… I’ve been to many other places where they don’t charge that much and had way better service. The only reason I would go back is for Cristina to do my facial again. Other then that, I will take my business elsewhere.
