Gadget Guru - Cell Phone Repair

I cannot recommend Gadget Guru highly enough. I bought an iPhone 10 and a number of accessories here and everything was of excellent quality and was priced competitively. Alex was exceptionally good to deal with, polite, personable, knowledgable and trustworthy. I plan to come to Gadget Guru for all my cell phone needs going forward, you would be well advised to do the same.

Terrific service, when everyone else refused to help; I had a little more complicated repair for my phone, because it wasn't sold in Canada. My phone's manufacturers pretty much told me that I was out of luck and would have to ship my phone back to get it fixed, but luckily Gadget Guru was confident in fixing my device.Alex, the owner, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and swift throughout the whole process of getting my phone's screen repaired. He was rather attentive to the most minor of details, which is absolutely crucial when dealing with broken computer hardware, especially with smaller devices like phones and tablets. This attentiveness is the difference between a proper repair, and a janky one that'll break on you in a couple of months that some dodgy stores provide. Thankfully, my phone is now in perfect condition (with every special request I gave Alex fulfilled), and in the future I will direct my friends and family's device repair needs to Gadget Guru.

I brought in my Apple Watch to be fixed. He was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I have to bring to the Apple Store ( because only apple can fix) , but he made sure I knew what I had to do and refused payment.I will definitely be back. It’s great to have such a wonderful business in town with such a great owner. I highly recommend Gadget Guru.

My son was having issues with his nintendo switch, the memory card slot was not working. We took it to Alex and he was honest right away that it might not be fixable because of how the first generations ones were made. He determined that he could fix and and had to try and source a part, he was open with communication during that time as he had to look at several suppliers. Once he had the part the fix took him about and hour and it was ready. When I went to pick it up he showed me it was working and when I went to pay, I literally said out loud that's not enough money for the service.I asked him about cleaning up a laptop and he made a great recommendation to someone who specializes in computer maintenance and also took the time to recommend a better laptop for our needs, and connected me with another business that could help me acquire the product at a great price.I cannot recommend The Gadget Guru enough.Truly a great experience all around. We're lucky to have him in our town!

I had an issue where my iphone wasnt charging anymore. Took it to the Gadget Guru, where he cleaned out the charging port. Cleaned it free of charge, with fantastic customer service. Will definitely be returning again for all my cell phone issues.

Amazing service. My phone needed a new battery. Alex had my phone fixed very quickly. I also appreciated the option to choose which battery I wanted.

Great customer service, thought my charger port was totalled but he ended up cleaning it out within ten minutes and works like new! Highly recommend, will for sure go back!

My phone would not turn on, so I thought I would try taking it to the Gadget Guru. He was able to get it to start and also found a common virus on it, which he removed. He obviously knew what he was doing because he had it working normally within a few minutes, said it was a quick and easy fix and didn't charge me. He's a friendly guy and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend him!
