Sheldon pays attention to all the fine details when creating something for his customers. He has a genuine heartfelt talent that he exhibits with each piece he creates.We have gone to Sheldon for all of our jewellery needs, whether it be a gift for someone, or a repair on something we own.Recently, Sheldon re-created my wedding band and engagement ring. I was having an issue with the ring spinning around my finger, and I also needed a repair done. In speaking with Sheldon, we discussed the option of taking my wedding band/engagement ring and designing a whole new ring in one piece to unite both.Sheldon took the time to sit with us and create something unique that would suit my style and fit nicely on my hand without being too much! The end result is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be any happier with my ring!!I’ve also brought a family heirloom to sheldon to have it fixed and cleaned so I could wear it. He took delicate care in doing so and I can now wear that piece without any fear of losing the original stone, or having it fall apart or get lost. I recently got engaged and was looking to have my ring resized quickly as we have family photos coming up. I emailed Sheldon looking for assistance and he worked magic!Not only did he resize my ring that day, he opened shop on a Holiday Monday just so that he could help me. He truly went above and beyond.Not only did he do a beautiful job resizing my ring, he completed it quickly. He is friendly, approachable, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers.He didn’t have to respond to my email until regular business hours, and he most definitely didn’t have to open his shop just to help me but he did.I will be returning to Sheldon for all my future jewellery needs, and highly recommend him!

Sheldon recently redesigned my wife's engagement ring to include not only a halo of diamonds, but also a halo of garnet stones (our children's birth stone) and her original engagment diamond.My vision for what I wanted was surpassed with what he created. Not only am I thrilled with the ring, but my wife is too. Thank you Sheldon for creating a ring that represents our entire family. You are extremely talented.

Sheldon is amazing at what he does!He made my custom engagement ring and it’s above and beyond what I could have hoped. He listened to everything we were looking for in the design and even worked over the weekend to have it ready for our weekend getaway.I could not recommend Sheldon enough!!

I brought my wife’s rings in for a sizing, 2 days before our anniversary. I didn’t ask for a rush because it would be unfair of me to expect that. However, he took up upon himself to go into work early on a Saturday morning (the next day) to ensure I had them for our special day. If you know Sheldon, then you know. If you don’t, these kinds of “above and beyond” things for his customers are very common for him. His turn-around is quick but without compromise to the amazing quality of his work.

After countless visits to see Sheldon, his patience, honesty and genuine understanding of what we were looking for, made creating our engagement ring a special process. Sheldon understood how important it was to maintain the sentiment of the heirloom ring, while incorporating modernity. Not only was his work impeccable, but his professionalism and care was what made working with Sheldon such a successful and enjoyable process! I went to Sheldon for a custom designed wedding ring recently. Even though Sheldon had a lot of other orders to complete when we first approached him with my custom order, he went out of his way to bring my design to life and even worked late to get it finished for me before my planned travel date. Good men do what is expected of them and great man strive to be better then the rest. Sheldon exceeds all expectations and strives to do better himself by always helping people he meets. Not one time has he not help bring my heart’s imagination to reality whether it be a one of a kind hand crafted enamelled pendant to precious wedding rings… and because of who he is he has recreated my wife’s rings after a horrible loss of them recently and I couldn’t tell what sparkled brighter the rings or my wife’s eyes.
