If you want to be the hippest hipster, you gotta get your hands on one of their t-shirts. The logo is so freakin gorgeous, and just niche enough to be mad swag. It’s the best Montreal souvenir one can get, and it’s only $20!

Been doing business with them for the last 5 years after my usual plumber closed shop.Was hesitant at first because of the wide array of companies to choose frombut realized quickly that doing business with such an honest company who give proper attention to my boilers at every annual preventive maintenances was the best choice I could have made.

Outstanding service! I came to change/fix the hose of my central vacuum cleaner. It took them 2 mins and it was fixed. Completely free of charge (shtttt!). Great customer service

Super nice owner who even gave me one of their beautiful shirts for free! They have amazing customer service and we’re super welcoming even though I came in two minutes before their closing time on a warm Saturday afternoon. Even if you don’t need a vacuum, go there for their comfy and affordable shirts.

I would rate them zero stars, this shop should not even exist.I brought in my vacuum hose to check if it's covered by the Miele 10 year warranty, according to them it is not.The staff dismissed the warranty claim and told me they can't help me. While I understand they are an authorized repair shop for Miele products, the so called 10 year warranty does not cover the accessories and these clowns are are the absolute worst people ever. As long as they don't make money they won't even talk to you.I would avoid this place and just buy parts online.

The staff is very knowledgeable and are very kind. They took the time to help me and explain how to choose a vacuum despite the fact that i could not purchase one on the spot. I understand now how investing in a good machine is better than buying something on sale at canadian tire every couple of years. Their courteous service has guanranteed that as soon as i have the money, i will return to make a purchase. I highly recommend going there.

They charged a fee on a warrantied product despite the manufacturer telling me they should not be doing this.Another time, when the manufacturer said the warranty was valid based on the serial number of the item, the shop refused to honor the warranty without the receipt from purchase. Again, despite being assured by the manufacturer that the warranty was valid. The shop could have easily verified this with the very well known and international brand.I took my business elsewhere

I brought in my vacuum, they said the motor is dead and wanted to charge more than the price of a new vacuum to replace the motor. I got home and plugged it in and it was still working....Edit: thank you for your response. I understand that sometimes the repair is more expensive than the new item. In this case I took it apart and tested it. The motor is fine. The switch has an intermittent problem, which after quick research is apparently a very common problem for this item. I don't doubt your staff is very experienced. In this case though the diagnosis was wrong despite how common this issue is. The repair is a 5 $ piece not 170$.
