5 Stars are not enough for this company!We had water damage & needed to replace all the flooring on the first floor. After spending too much time calling back and force with Home Depot and Lowes, we contacted World of Floors.World of Floors was very flexible & worked with us through our several delays due to insurance & bank paperwork. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant & you truly felt that they valued your business.My aunt had used them also and their work was beautiful.Don’t go anywhere else unless you like to be aggravated by companies who leave you hanging.

After so many high pressure sales companies. I couldn’t have been more pleased from installation down to our sales rep. No deception. Straight to the point and very professional ! We checked with carpet guys/empire and motor city carpet. Check them out ! WOF WINS. However motor city carpet was very good too. Both places didn’t try to close the deal on initial consultation. They took their time. Tried to size the job down to exact material to save us the most amount of money. The other shady companies, quoted us like 25 yards more of carpet than we ended up needing ! I won’t even tell you the price difference. It should be criminal! So yes WORLD OF FLOORS was honest, and came through with their word. They also followed up with us weeks later to check on our satisfaction. That says so much
