I'm giving it a 4 out of respect for the owner and older staff. The business is clean, well put-together, and their presentation, service and coffee are good. The younger staff can be less so. I generally feel less satisfied with my drinks when made by the young men working, and I don't appreciate mydrink choices being mocked or comments stating I and every other chooser of said drink are brainwashed".I just came for the view

My first trip to the north east part of the island found me passing through the quaint little town of Port McNeill. After reading a few reviews earlier in the week I recalled the statement in one of the reviews, a great place to wait'. I didn't quite understand that until I spent an hour sitting up at the window seat

I came here everyday during my stay at port mcneill. Best iced caramel macchiatos and all the baked goods are delicious! Service is great everyone is so friendly and my coffee was perfect everyday I went.

I had only stopped here for a quick coffee before a long drive and I was glad I did. The barista was so pleasant and upbeat that she made ordering a few coffees into fun thing to do. The coffees and london fogs were good too!The only criticism that I could make is that we weren't sure where we could park for a quick stop. Outside of that, I would definitely come by again.

This place has the best cinnamon buns - wow! I don’t think a better cinnamon bun has ever crossed my lips. Also the oat milk half sweet vanilla latte was as good as I’ve ever had. I always appreciate coffee places that have a selection of dairy alternatives. The wood patio furniture looks brand new - we sat on a bench with our food on a table and enjoyed the moment of relaxation. There’s so many benches and tables - lots for everyone to enjoy!

Mugz provided catering for a workshop that we held in Port McNeill and they were fantastic - really delicious sandwiches and pastries (with gluten free and vegan options) and so awesome to work with. Thanks so much Mugz team!
