Popped into the Bulk Barn at the Center Mall in Hamilton to round out my baking supply needs and various treats for Christmas. As always the staff are friendly and available while not hovering or worse, absent. Appreciated the staff followed Covid protocols pleasantly. Always a deal to be had, either advertised, with a coupon or even discount Wednesdays (which I'd missed). Premises are clean, and well laid out. However, and this is not the store's issue but a product of the current times; a lot of bins were empty. Stocks depleted due to distribution issues, many seasonal favorites never even made it. Overall a pleasant experience.

This is my favourite bulk barn! The staff here are always so cheerful and friendly. Definitely more than any other bulk barn location I’ve been to. Store is also clean and has a good sales cart!

I love going into the store and buying they have a great staff that usually always clean and that but however the website is actually dumb and ridiculous you cannot compare prices to Walmart's by hundreds of things you need because they give you no prices on the website. Somebody clearly needs to update the website and put prices per 100g. Has even Walmart they have stuff and they have it priced out per gram. Look up walnut pieces at Walmart 1297 for a bag but then down on the bottom in the description it'll say something like 2.39 per hundred grams.

I can't imagine what Randy did to get the staff upset but I have only had excellent experiences at this location. The store is always super clean and the staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. I'll never forget that great promotion they had with the free reusable bags.The way that the team at this Bulk Barn has handled the necessary improved safety requirements of the Covid 19 pandemic should be applauded.One of my favourite stores to shop at.

The store was very clean, products were clearly labeled. They didn't have any pens to mark the tags, with current events I understand that, so be sure to bring your own. The staff was very polite and quick to serve the customers

Lots of items from spices to dried fruits, veggie chips, not busy, clean and friendly staff. Not really a fan of the pencil you own number thing. Got to be another way...

The staff in this store are so wonderful, especially the manager, Sam. The store is always super clean, organized and I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door. They always help me find what I’m looking for and have done special orders for me as well. Also love the eco-friendly options.

Store is always clean and organized, i would say it's the best one to get bunny food, they never have any small bugs that I could find in it, which may explain why it's the only brand of food my picky guy will eat! The staff is always helpful and they get to know you! Or at least they got to know me as the bunny girl because I go there every week for a big bag of his food.
