I always go to Sofia, I have done two times hair Botox with her she does amazing job. and also she does my hair colouring cutting and styling I’m always satisfy and happy with my hair.Beside her and her team is always welcoming and super nice.I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful time at Sophia’s hair salon. She is very nice and listen to what you want and treats you one in one which is awesome. You feel relax and not rush at all. My hair looks amazing now. I am very happy with the results and I will totally go back.If you looking for a good service, you should totally go to this salon.

Liz did my hair colour and haircut, and she designed and styled it amazingly. She’s absolutely amazing and I am very satisfied with her services. I highly recommend her services to anyone who want a transparent, clean and professional hair service. They use top of the line products, and treatment after colouring your hair. Your hair feels naturally healthy, and gorgeous. Not only you like how your hair looks, but also feel ensured that it’s not damaged at all. Liz takes my hair care to next level, I absolutely enjoy interacting with her and as she gives a very satisfactory and genuine service.

I got my haircut and colour here recently and I’m in love with the results!! Sophia and Liz are both amazing stylists - they are also very sweet, welcoming and professional. They did such a wonderful job and I will definitely be coming back in the future :)

I’m absolutely THRILLED with my hair done by Sophia. Sophia was extremely informative and understanding of what I wanted and was able to work with my hair to lift as much as possible while keeping the integrity of my hair. Sophia was extremely thorough and spent the time to make sure my hair was treated and taken care of while also making me feel valued as a client! If you want your hair cut/styled and coloured- Queendom is definitely my recommendation. I left with my hair feeling healthier than before!

Customer service was okay but the actual hair service was not that good. Full Balayage with $45 bonding treatment came to be $395+ tax which was not reasonably priced. I usually pay around $320 (includes tax) for the same service, but here it was bit more expensive.I also noticed that, there was another client booked at the same time as me. The owner was trying to juggle 2 clients at the same time as there was no one else working. I would have appreciated it, if I was called ahead of time and told to come in a bit later instead of waiting 20 minutes.The final result was not the greatest either, as the hair color looks uneven in different sections (the bleach was not applied all at once as she was interrupted to accommodate the other client). I also would have appreciated it, if the owner told me that she can't work with curly hair instead of doing a trial and error method on my hair. My hair turned out very dry and she didn't really have any good gel/leave on conditioner for curly hair.Also, maybe because it is a new startup there were no Steamers/ dryers and other typical products that are usually found/used in a salon and hence the service wasn't very professional.It did bother me throughout my experience there, that 2 clients were being served at once and this why the result wasn't that good.The owner is nice but service was not professional. Would I be a returning customer for this service again?... Not really.

Just went for the second time for root touch up and toner -couldn’t be more pleased! First time before Christmas had my hair done -colour, balayage, haircut and style -plus massage -a brand new person! ☺️ Sophia is excellent, gives you advice on how to care for your hair (which is a plus), super good customer service. This is my place to go now. Thanks Sophia!

Such a lovely and hassle free experience from the moment I walked in; both Liz and Sophia were so sweet and welcoming. I went in for a haircut & styling and Sophia was so attentive to what I was asking for and offered suggestions to suit my styling preferences. The final cut looked great, would definitely recommend!

Sophia is absolutely amazing! I have been with her for ten plus years and will not allow another hair stylist to touch my hair. I have gone from long to very short and she never disappoints. I always walk out feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world. Very much recommended you will not be disappointed she is absolutely amazing at what she does!!
