Rented to the Ottawa Vietnamese Buddhist Congregation 11 Ch Katimavik property in Val-des-Monts around year 2001 before I decided to let them buy it, and they were really nice people, mindful and generous, with a very nice leader head monk. Too bad I do not understand Vietnamese as I would have loved to understand what was said during the various ceremonies.
